Very few places in SLO to have a watch battery replaced. Coast Electronics not only carries watch batteries but offered to install as well. Excellent customer service and friendly too.

Eric is awesome, I had a control board for an Asko dishwasher that had a microswitch that had broken. A new board would run me $300+. Eric was able to solder and fix the switch as well as repair another switch that was going bad. Took all of maybe 10 min and $35 later it was fixed. I had my 2yr old with me so it was amazing that he could knock it out so fast. Appreciate the good work!

Stopped in with my laptop on a Saturday afternoon & Kevin provided excellent service. He persevered in between customers to diagnosis & fix my problem. Even though I have a contract with Geek Squad, I went to Coast where I got same-day service. Now same-day service is improbable at Best Buy Geek Squad and not always doable at Coast, but in this case it happened and I’m grateful!

I have a 20 year old radio frequency tracker to monitor my cats on my 3 acre fenced property. And it STOPPED WORKING. In a panic, I searched for repair shops bc the manufacturer went out of business. Eric responded immediately to my msg and was able to fix it within hours! He even warmed my heart with other lost pet stories and made my entire experience enjoyable.
