When you're on vacation away from home, the last thing you want to have to deal with is car problems. Well, that's where i found myself and Cole's was the closest Ram dealership. The measurement of success is how quickly they're able to see you, solve the issue and fairly you are treated.

I'm glad to say that Cole's delivered on each with flying colors. Johnie Medina was my service advisor and he should be acknowledged for his honesty with the highest customer satisfaction rating possible.

This type of customer first focus is only possible when business leadership makes it a top priority. Well done Johnie and Cole's.

Jodie was sooooo amazing.
I was traveling in a used Ram van I had bought in Idaho. And I still do not understand all the different buttons and gadgets. (I am old.)
And a strange light came on my dashboard. So I looked up Dodge dealer on my route and stopped.
Luckily Jodi was who helped me....She was so nice....she came out to my van and in minutes had it all fixed. Did not charge me anything.....
And was just super nice the whole time.
If I lived closer I would give her and the Cole dealership all my business. They are lucky to have her.

Purchase process was great, price was great however the servicing process has been a nightmare. I have been in multiple times over the past two years and have had a couple good interactions with the service department however I have had more negative interactions with them and have felt passed off multiple times and my complaints of something being wrong with my jeep have fallen on deaf ears. I cannot replicate the problem I have been experiencing and I understand that it needs to be replicated in order for them to “try” to fix it. However hearing that maybe I should try to go to another dealership closer to my home even after I stated that I’ve built a history here and need to continue that history per jeep, just makes me extremely disappointed. For a company worried about reviews and maintaining their awards for sales and service from Chrysler/fiat. You should put more focus into making your customers not feel crazy for knowing something is wrong. Never coming here again. Please do not reach out for a resolution. The ship sailed this morning when I was told that the guessing game of trying to figure it out would be a waste of everyone’s time.

Finally! I've found the only honest, professional, knowledgeable auto place on earth!
I bought my 2015 used Jeep at another dealership, huge mistake! Paid way too much, also got a large extended warrenty Unfortunately I didn't know about Coles at the time.
That car never ran right, I took it back several times to find out what was wrong, they kept charging me for diagnostics & lying to my face that nothing was the matter. There was obviously something the matter!
This went on for 2 years, I was completely powerless over those bullies, I cried a lot.
Then I called Tony at Coles Jeep in San Luis Obispo
Wisest things I've ever done!
He fought for me, he never gave on me, he saved my life! He stayed in contact with the place I got it, who made everything difficult! He worked with the warrenty company & got me a brand new engine!!! He did everything for me! And
he called & kept me informed every step of way, I've never seen such a stand up man! His integrity is over the top!
Straight forward, professional, knowledgeable, informative, attentive, there aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Tony!
The dealership itself is magnificent,
it's like walking into a resort!
Immaculate, creative, thoughtful, good coffee! I never want to leave.
And they do business, they don't waste time on mind games & nonesense, so you're never left guessing or confused.

I love coming here to get my car serviced for anything -- oil change, tire rotation, recalls, car wash, etc. The service is always top notch, friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They have a wonderful waiting area that is large, spacious, comfortable, and has great amenities. They have a children play room (to keep kids entertained), an office (for people who need to work in peace, lots of comfortable seating, magazines, high speed wifi that is very fast and reliable, complimentary Starbucks coffee/tea/hot chocolate, vending machines, and clean restrooms. There are beautiful plants indoor that make the space feel more light and natural -- they even have REAL OLIVE TREES INDOOR. There is lots of modern art to look at, including outdoor art sculptures. They make waiting very comfortable and relaxing for customers.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place!

I have been to half a dozen Dodge dealerships and this is my favorite one so far. Great service dept, especially Jody. The lot is clean and presentable. The service dept looks top notch and the turn around time for my oil change was faster than they quoted me. Could not be happier so far. Also the Hellcat on the showroom floor is worth checking out just to drool over. Lol
