I don't like to post bad reviews, and generally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I feel obligated to post this.

I have been coming to Complete Autocare for years for thousands of dollars of work ranging from oil changes, to tires, brakes and more.

I had a rear door handle fall off and from past experiences went to the guys to see if they could help. They swapped it out and it worked fine... for a few months... then the exact same one fell off again. No problem right, because they warranty their work? Nope - now its suddenly some other part that broke... on the same handle and they are refusing to make good on their inability to fix it right the first time.

If you need anything other than tires or oil changes, be wary of their 'warranty' on work they perform. I'm more than willing to remove or adjust this review if management tries to make things right (PS, that isn't blackmail - that's giving a business an opportunity to try to correct a problem, but as evident by the reply, they have no interest. They would rather lose thousands of future business for a dispute over a couple hundred bucks).
