Other than buying a boat here, there's not much to say about the place. The service department could definitely be more helpful and more informative.

I took my boat in to have a battery auxiliary kit installed. Before i took it in. I asked what the labor cost would be. I was told $169.99 for 1 hour of labor. While it was there. I asked if it was possible to tighten up the cleats. The front right one to be exact. They said, "No problem." i got a phone call, and apparently, now the bill was $280. I get informed that they charged me to tighten up the cleats on the boat when that information was left out in the beginning.

I also had another matter with them. The trailer boat guide poles kept "melting," and it got to the point that their parts guys assumed i was "installing" them wrong and were getting "tired" of replacing them for me.

Edit. Went back to pick up my boat after the auxiliary kit was installed and talked to Frank, the service manager, took the time and made it right. Waived the labor on the cleats for me and just charged me for the installation of the kit. Definitely wanted to make sure I was happy and a returning customer. Service like this goes a long way! Thanks, Frank!

Sam, parts manager went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. This included ordering, then returning a Bimini boot. When he found they did not carry the one I needed, he found one on Amazon that would work and emailed me a link. Very helpful!!!

Great Customer Service, thanks again Sam for saving an Iowa fishing trip! My uncle had a fishing trip planned with his son and needed to replace a Fuel Pump last minute on his 40 hp motor. He was leaving in a day and a half and could not find anything local or that would arrive the next day in time to do the replacement. I found Complete Marine in Phoenix, AZ online and called about 6 pm Central Time to see if they had the part. I talked to Sam G., the Parts Manager, and he looked up the part and identified the correct part as the original had been discontinued. UPS had already made their afternoon stop and he called them to have UPS do another stop. By the time I confirmed with my uncle, I missed that extra effort window. Sam however did not give up. He put me on a short hold and when he came back told me he found a UPS drop box in town with a later pickup and offered to personally drive to the drop box so it could still ship overnight delivery! The part was delivered in the morning a little before 10 am. My uncle put it in and the motor started right up. Sam, THANK YOU for going above and beyond in helping a new customer out! I know the first place I'll call the next time I need a part!

Great Dealership! We chose this dealership after looking around town, these guys were the most genuine. They took the time to explain things to us when it was a 100 degrees in the summer. with sweat dripping down their brows they were happy to explain anything we needed for our new boat.

Out thousands of dollars with poor basic mechanic work, no safety checks, and now needing a new engine for a yamaha sx230

I put the boat in the water to test, and drove it for 25 min to have the engine stop to only realize that the oil was 4 inches above the absolute full line and half the screws were missing from the air-box. Consequently over pressuring the system causing the throttle bodies to split out oil and coating the airfilter

The second time the boat went to the shop I informed of the screws missing. They said the bilge pump harness was not their deal, as they don't check after an engine is installed "extra stuff".

Picked up boat again. Started engine within 100 yards from the marina and engine bottom blows out at 5K rpm and needs a new engine.

I would avoid with any inboard engine or a jet boat that engine that requires specific oil changing techniques in the manual, or anything beyond. Thankfully the boat didn't sink

Best experience buying a boat ever!!!! Great team of salespeople. Super knowledgeable and spent hours (literally hours) with us figuring out the safest boat and options/accessories for my small children. Joe Uribe was very patient with us and very resourceful and even answered his phone after hours to help us with some questions when we were out on the lake. Talked to several other boat dealers before making our big decision and we’re so happy we went with Complete Marine. Couldn’t be more impressed. No one was pushy at all. Sam in accessories was so helpful too, have never met such kind, PATIENT, and thoughtful salespeople, and even helped us arrange getting our wake boards just in the nick of time before their warehouse closed because he knew how important it was for my kids to get out on the lake ASAP since he heard them going on and on about it!!!

We’re not the “review” type of people, unless an establishment truly goes above and beyond. So, just a testament to how impressed we were with the team at Complete Marine. Thank you guys so much! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Great family fun and adventures ahead!!!!

Will most definitely refer our family and friends!

The associate made a genuine effort to cross match, and find a substitute for an o-ring for a 40yr old tilt and trim. It made my day. Oh and by the way, they rebuilt my Evinrude: it's still running good. Thanks.

Don't waste your time. If it's not a new boat they will refuse to touch it. Even little tune ups.
