Concord Honda is hands down one of the best dealerships. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened as to my needs. Mike G in sales, was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work out a deal with. I was able to get two vehicles within what I had anticipated on paying. Mike was busy with another customer and still able to be present and help when needed.
April was quick and efficient and had no problem with finance.
Stephanie was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized thus making the paperwork for two vehicles a breeze.

We took our car in with a couple issues, and got a price to run a diagnostic. They figured out the problem with one but not the other, then charged exactly twice the quoted amount, saying now they wanted to charge the quoted amount for each item. They knew up front what the two problems were, but still pulled an okee-doke later. They only kept the car overnight, so it’s not like it wound up requiring so much more work than originally quoted.

I made several attempts to contact our service rep Ashley to discuss, but she wouldn’t even take my call. Money issue aside, she’s just so unprofessional. I hope we never have to go back.
