Wonderful experience for a typically not fun thing to do!

As someone who doesn’t really know about cars and has had negative experiences with that toxic masculinity some shops give, this place made me feel comfortable, safe, and were patient in assisting. I appreciate both John and David for being great individuals and making what would likely have been a very stressful time not so by explaining and helping each step of the way. They clearly make an effort to connect and ensure a positive experience for their clients which stood out the most for me.

Had a hose give out on my 1999 Mazda Miata on my way to work. Called around to other shops in SLO to get the issue diagnosed and Continental was the only shop willing to take on the job due to the age of my car.

Thankfully, they got me in, diagnosed the issue, and repaired my car within the same day at a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a working student who relies on their car to get around.
