My experience with Contra Costa Powersports was phenomenal! I went there with my wife and I just purchased my new Kawasaki Ninja 500 40th Edition and the whole staff did everything to fulfill my needs. I let them know that I actually went to 2 other places and the service was terrible so I left. Ian, Lance, June and the parts department made sure that I made the right decision, answered all my questions and gave me the best deal to be happy with my purchase and completely satisfied. Thank you so much for everything and I'll gladly recommend people I know about my experience with this place. A+++!!

Went in for service on my ninja 300 I told the shop the front brakes weren’t biting and I had no braking power. I let them know I bleed the line multiple times and still had no brakes. They also suggested I got the front fork seals replaced so I agreed. When I got my bike back I took it around the block near the shop and still noticed the same issue with the front brakes they weren’t biting as hard and the clip ons we’re not aligned compared I told them about the issues and they corrected the clip ons but persisted the brakes had no issues and it was solved with bleeding the lines, even though I remember them engaging harder. So with that being done I took my bike home and inspected it myself I come to find out the brake pads were covered in grease and they forgot to secure a bolt when they worked on my fork seals. Moral of the story is you know your bike better than anyone else and if your not satisfied with the work don’t hesitate to get a second look at it from these guys. I understand if they were understaffed but it is still not ok for a ninja 300 to be overlooked.

Amazing toy store and great service. This place is so much bigger than the store front and parking lot suggest. They have everything from your motorized and electric powered dirt bikes, snowmobile sidebysides and motor and sport bikes, clothing, gear and accessories. Have fun.

Got my Cr125r turned up and alive running from the guys at Contra Costa Power Sports. Appreciated their friendliness and knowledgeability on products as well as just knowing the customers needs. No upselling on unnecessary parts or maintenance, just simply getting you fixed up how you need. Big thanks to Erick and Ricky who helped me out. Will definitely be coming back in the future

Contra Costa powersports is great! Decided to pick up my first street bike here the whole process was a breeze! Did not take long at all. They are fully stocked with gloves, jackets, and helmets whatever you could possibly need even racing gas! Rob got me taken care of!
I can’t wait to come back to buy my next toy for the cabin!
