They don't work on BMWs normally but they worked on mine. I'm 45 mins away from their shop. There are no BMW bike dealers nearby, so I explained that to Chuck and he jumped at the opportunity to work on it. I brought the part (which was a 3rd party part from Spain) at a predetermined date and time and they installed it. It was a fuel level strip that goes inside the tank. My maintenance experience for a bike that other non-BMW shops said “No way” to was good and i'd take my bike there again if they could do the job.

They talk a good game and are good on tires. But they will screw you by guessing on how to fix a problem. They beat me out of hundreds of dollars and didn't fix my Honda Fury. I'm a 71 year old man on a fixed income. They had no problem ripping me off.

I found the owner, the techs, and the customer service people to be of very high-quality, well informed, competent and honest. Completely satisfied with my experience at the shop if anybody knows me they know how much my bike means to me and I completely trust them with not only my bike, but I will be delivering my ATV to them very soon to be serviced as well.

Way overpriced for changing 1 dirt bike tire that we provided to them. Ruined 3 tubes in the process. Service cost over 2 times the cost of the new tire. Will not go back. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
