Great service by the different departments from sales guy Gus, the guys at the warehouse who helped me loading my bike into my van and everyone was pretty cool but special shout out to Lawrance at parts/accessories who took extra time for days to help me to get some parts for my bike that I wanted.
I will definitely be recommending this dealership for their great service and I definitely don’t regret driving about 2hrs from San Diego to Corona after the awesome service they provided.

I had been looking for a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 500 SE ABS KRT for a while and got the run around by almost every dealership in the IE. That was until I got in touch with Corona Motorsports. My salesman Scott made the entire process easy and hassle-free, did most of the work over the phone and came in to sign and drive. Words can't express how pleased I am with the entire purchase and grateful for all the help!

Updated my original review because there were some issues with a mechanic being able to help with my 2022 Goldwing the first time I went by. I love that they are close to me so I returned and thankfully so. I recently purchased tires from them and the parts lady I spoke to was outstanding and extremely helpful over the phone. They held the tires for me for a few days due to my work schedule. Jim in service was very accommodating with getting me in to have the tires put on. Service was quick and efficient. If I could give this place zero stars I would. . No one even cared that my husband and I were interested in, purchasing a new 4 seater ATV. No customer service whatsoever. We were waiting roughly about 20mins to see who worked there to help us and No one bothered . So we are now heading elsewhere.

Hey guys here is my update we ended up at Temecula Motor sports ...not that bad of a drive ...every one there was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff there was friendly and inviting ,even tho they had customers. While i was there i saw 2 other Atvs being sold. Meaning they are interested in making a deal .Best part is that I came out with my new toy .Here I am excited with my new toy right after my delivery , temecula motor sports even brought me my camam to my house .

Great customer service. Prices for oil and some good quality parts cost less than they do online on Amazon or eBay.

I recommend checking out what they got before ordering online, it’s good to keep these small business open.

I've seen this posted several times now...seems to be a recurring theme. Girlfriend and I walked in ready to buy...not one person (3 at the table) got up or even acknowledged we were in the store and yes they saw us (made eye contact).

When one finally sauntered over he was pleasant but "owned" everything we inquired about...nothing was off limits from the SXS to wave runner, street bikes..you name it. Had a question about a program offered elsewhere and a finance guy came out still chewing his good...we haven't done that in a while but we won't let you leave...then he left. Lol

And before the management says they don't have a record of us being there, you're correct, you don't because no asked for our names or any other info. I had to ask for a card from the salesman who eventually saw his way over to follow us around.

Bought at Del Amo is Santa Ana the next day...couldn't be happier with the service and they beat CMS price out the door. I'm sure they don't care about losing a sale...too bad though. I live in their backyard and won't return.

This review mainly pertains to Ron, who helped me and my girlfriend throughout the entire process of buying our first bikes this past December. We went in looking to both get Ninja 400s, as they had two in the ABS model and color we were looking for. That same day, Ron told us to feel free to shop around and look at other dealers, but that he was sure they'd have the best pricing. He was not pushy at all or tried to keep us there like some dealers are known to do. Surely enough, we came back later that same day right before closing after shopping around a bit. Ron immediately recognized us from earlier and came to assist us in purchasing both bikes even though it was a bit after their closing hours. The financing process was seamless and very quick for two bikes. He worked with us both and got us priced out the door around what we were looking to spend while not trying to upsell us on any other warranties or services we weren't interested in. I'll be heading there again soon for my first service on the bike, and I'd definitely recommend checking out Corona Motorsports if they have a bike in stock that you're interested in.
