Rented a truck here before. They try to upsell the insurance constantly. Returned the truck back with 0 issues. Came here again for a truck and it’s the same whining about insurance and how people steal from them, and return the trucks with damage. Why are you telling me this like I’m the one who did it? I honestly don’t care about your business troubles and just need to rent a truck. Also the place is covered in cigarette smoke. Just go somewhere else you’ll thank me later.

How? How still open? Rude people meaning rude old guy! Big time rude and owns it so what the heck? Wants no business at all! On top of the that lights don’t even work but whole place don’t even work. Just give it up to I am guessing was your kid that help because at least he was nice but learning nothing go from you! Should have added a photo of how bad it was.

The clerk that assisted us was rude from the beginning. We had every intention of bringing the truck back the same night, but because of an emergency in transit, our trip and unload was delayed. I called the 800 number that night and they were made aware of our situation. I understand that there was another renter that wanted to pickup the next morning, but this was completely unforeseen circumstances. We were in an area with low signal and I had someone who did have service in another area call and notify them that we wouldn't have it back until the afternoon. The clerk was very rude and nasty to her. He was not understanding whatsoever. We've been through a situation in the past with Uhaul and they were very understanding and were able to accommodate or refund the other party as things happen that are not planned. The clerk did try to call me a few times the day it was due, but as he was advised, I did not have signal. When I got to a place where I did, I listened to the messages and couldn't believe his tone and lack of empathy. I will never return to this location and recommend that other customers go to one of the many other providers.

Rude and grumpy old clerk. No lights in units. Lights in hallway didn’t work. Dirty units. Too many red flags for me to rent storage here. Looks like nothing at this business has changed in the past 25 years. Time to upgrade facility and staff.

We got the biggest truck last minute and Geoffrey was super friendly and helpful! Our total was about $133 out the door, but after we had finished moving..it all only came to $90! Awesome! Will definately use them again.

Very poor customer service from the Property Manager. They lost Credit Card paperwork and never called to tell me anything. Property Manager stated that "The Owner hired him so they don't deal with customers problems".

The customer service is horrible! The manager Jim and his associate Jeff are Rude ,Hostile and Dishonest! My husband received a non-payment notice after paying our storage fee in full! When my husband questioned the bill, he was accused of being a liar and physically removed from the premises! After locating our receipt of payment, neither employee seemed remorseful or apologetic for their Disrespectful, Demeaning and Extremely Unprofessional behavior! They even yelled out , " Listen it was a mistake and we can evict you if you don't let this go!" Jim and his associate Jeff then refused to give me the corporate office number so that I can file a complaint!
I have emailed the Corporate office with no response as of yet! Horrible, Hostile service!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! My unit was broken into by someone who knew my phone number is the gate code. It was broken into on a Friday but I wasn't notified until the following Monday. I was told they didn't know how to review the cameras and they wouldn't let me get important papers out of the unit. The wonderful Fairfield police met me there and I was allowed to get my kids birth certificates only after the officer had to get irate with the very rude manager named Jeff. So they never got back ahold of me to get the rest of my stuff and not only are keeping my belongings that are left but are charging me for the damage to the unit. Needless to say I am contacting the better business bureau and plan on taking them to small claims court... ALSO THERE ARE HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNITS... DONT RENT HERE... EVEN THE OFFICER TOLD ME NOT TO TRUST THEM....RENTERS BEWARE!!!
