My wife and I were traveling from Northern CA to Vegas in a rental car that broke down in a bad spot. (58 East on a Sunday afternoon). Hertz was not able to help us really so we called Joe at this company to see if he could send someone to drive us the 3+ hours to Vegas. (Had to be there that same night). On his wife’s birthday, the owner came out to save us and drive us to the next exit where his colleague took us the rest of the way. Lupe was a wonderful person and took great care of us. Getting us there on time, and safe. We owe a MAJOR debt of gratitude to these two wonderful people. If I’m even in the area again, I’ll 100% use this service and hope everyone who reads this review will as well.

We had a great experience with this company! They were early to pick up , driver was kind and courteous, dressed nicely, and I loved how they provided decorations and balloons inside for my daughter’s bday! The price was very fair and I would recommend them for any occasion .

Our party had a great time with Crown Limousine! I called to get a quote from Steve and he was knowledgeable and open to accommodating our adventure. His price was the best of the 4 places I called in town! And Steve was great with following up our party before and after, making sure we were well cared for.

Our party of 10 (in a standard limo) we to Paso Robles, CA for wine tasting with Lupe as our driver. Lupe was on time to pick us up and focused on the derails of our trip, confirming everything with me before we left town.
The limo was comfortable, with a large bottle of champagne waiting for us, as well as cold waters and clean glasses. The AC was strong (necessary in Bakersfield!) and we were able to play our own music with a USB cord connected to the cab's stereo. The trunk of the limo was able to accommodate all of our coolers with lunches, as well as the wine we purchased along the trip.

Our only hiccup was a wrong turn, delaying our trip by a few minutes. But Lupe corrected his mistake and got us back on track.
As promised, there was another bottle of champagne for us on the way home, although it was not pre-chilled (small oversight). We were able to pickup dinner on the way home and eat in the cab, which worked well for our timeline.

Overall, my party had a great time and we will be using Steve with Crown Limousine again soon.

Booking with Steve was a breeze. He was very professional, honest, and fair… especially considering last minute plans for prom on our part. Driver Mark was on time (even a bit early) and kids reported back that he was fun and nice. Kids always felt they were in good hands with Mark.
I highly recommend supporting this local owned business. I will definitely use Crown Limousine again when the occasion arises!
