Do NOT buy from CRT. They do BAD business and have RUDE customer support. I am beyond frustrated because I’m unable to register my bike due to the FRAUDULENT & ILLEGAL business practices that CRT does. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had asked for information on an invoice that is listed on the Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin. They told me they don’t have invoices as they are the manufacturer, not the dealer. Weird how there’s an invoice number, right?

Customer care is trash, do not buy any products from CRT Motor INC. They are a fraudulent company, CRT Motor sells to third party dealers that can't provide proper documents to be Eligible for registration at DMV.

My wife bought me a Razor 150 scooter in December of last year. We live in the north and she was concerned the short warranty would run out before I even assembled the scooter. The sales person assured her that the warranty would not begin until we started using the scooter. I started riding the scooter in May and after 36 miles the high beam stopped working. Numerous chats and emails were traded back and forth in an effort to diagnose the problem. I asked several times, "How to get access to the bulb" with no answer. I tested the headlight relay, and was never given an answer if the tests indicated a bad relay. I have been told my warranty is expired. I got no help in identifying the relay part number other than a parts diagram with all of the descriptions in Chinese. They kept asking me for the SKU of the relay without ever saying that was the problem. I am a retired engineering manager with decades of machine design experience. If I can't resolve this issue easily, you might want to re-think your purchase decision.

We ordered a GoKart for our kids for Christmas from Red Fox motor, but our $3000 payment went here so this must be the parent company. It was supposed to be 85 percent assembled with a few pieces for us to bolt on. We have a whole bucket of bolts and parts to assemble with no instructions on how to do it. We contacted the company twice and I emailed CRT Motor for help. CRT didn't respond at all and Red Fox told us the don't have any instructions or even an assembly drawing. How is that possible when you can purchase them fully assembled? When I asked the "Customer service" rep if I'm just supposed to guess how to put it together she replied "sort of". The website didn't give any indication you were on your own if you don't pay the extra for them to assemble. All we want is a drawing. How hard would that be to provide? They aren't losing any money by doing it but they are getting major bad karma from how they treat customers.

I got my husband a bike from here and the title came they didn’t Notarize it now I cannot register it cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone. Stuck with a bike that my husband can’t do anything with. Can someone please answer the phones there?!?!?
