My girlfriend bought her tires here and she doesn't know anything about cars and I noticed that she needed to rotate her tires. So we called and they told us it was $25 for a tire rotation. Great service, very fast and professional. I would probably bring my car here in the future.

Was there on Sunday, Dec 1st 2024 to (re)mount one tire and swap wheel front to rear, after some track incident on Laguna Seca. Mechanic used air impact gun to install both driver side front and rear wheels, resulting 3 stripped lug nuts during removal (I used breaker bar to remove, not impact gun). Had to use extractor to get them off the car....

I will not be reaching out or referring and family or friends to these guys again. I have used this particular one a few time never had a bad experience until yesterday 12/14/24 @ 3:32 p.m. I called some guy (cause he wasn’t a gentleman) lil cocky thing. I asked him how much they would charge for 4 new tires for an 2018 Chevy Trax and put on balance. You know all the things they do when you buy tires. He asked what size are my tires I said I’m not sure but I gave him the yr and model again. He said 150 each. I said do you want me to go outside and see. So I asked if that includes everything. He replied 150 no friendly so I was oh okay thank you ( like confuse) he sarcastically said BYE and hung up my nieces looked at me and was like oh damn okay. Like I said my experience has always been very friendly until this. He’s not definitely not who I would want representing my business. So I reached out to Castroville Tires and even though they was closed the very nice guy said they would be happy to help me on Monday. So I go where I feel their customer or even potential customers are welcome and appreciated!

My lady and I caught a flat in monterey and the tire shops that were open didn't seem to have my size of tire. I was looking around and seen Cuevas Tire shop so I thought I'd call and confirm that they had my size before driving 30mins. The gentleman I spoke to confirmed that they indeed had my size. We drove there and he assisted me when I walked up looking for help. He remembered talking to me on the phone and was able to change my flat in less than an hour, despite them being busy. Great customer service and a good price for the service and labor. I appreciate them so much and recommend them for anyone!

We had a bad tire on our pull trailer as we were traveling through this area. I called to verify they had what I needed. She gave me an out the door price and told me they had RV parking. She was very pleasant and efficient. When we got there, they mentioned our other three tires also looked old so we had all replaced for a very fair price. Javier was efficient and friendly. He checked our other tires air pressure before we decided to purchase all new. Would definitely recommend this place for out-of-town travelers.
