Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced!
I sent my severely damaged Husqvarna TE511 stator with the hope of having it rebuilt. Previous attempts with Rick Stator in NH failed. Custom Rewind came through and I am so pleased. I highly recommend working with them!!! (See before and after photos)

About 14 years ago they did my stator on my snowmobile worked great and I had a short and took it out two years later and they redid it at half cost they were awesome to work with and customer service is by far superior

2005 Suzuki dl1000. 1000 miles so far on my rebuilt stator and I don't want to wait longer for my review, I don't want to forget. I may add to/update this as the miles go higher. A week turn around time for my stator, less than half the price of a new OEM, appeared to be HIGH quality work, performed better than original from the start and still does. Helpful texts were received about my specific concerns, return packaging was stout. I happily promote this business as a treasure to do business with and wish them the best. I TRUST them, something I don't often feel.

I've had good phone conversations with Kirk and he did good work for me on 3 Honda stators/alternators and had been very pleased with the quality of work And customer service about a year ago.

I called and spoke with him a month ago,then sent him a 1994 Honda XR200R stator to be rewound with a list of instructions.
I received the finished product:top quality work.

Very helpful and dependable shop. Promptly responded to email inquiries. Do have to mail check to get part but they respond when they received the check and again when they send the part. The stator works great. It is a rewound used stator (helpful to keep price down).
