I have an excellent experience at Cycle City Motorsports. I am in California, riding in from Texas to meet a friend and go explore. Before heading for home I thought it best to replace my tires. My first thought is Wow! I am so impressed by the service and care I received. My Kayo ATV was not starting and I needed to get it repaired. My first call was to another local shop who said they wouldn’t look at it. My next call was to Cycle City & they were great. They offered to pick it up and take a look (this saved me $100+ in transportation fees). Justin explained the problem, repaired my ATV and returned it to me promptly. I highly recommend this shop!

Horrible experience here, upon entering I tell the gentleman behind the desk the shop that i usually go to has moved from down the street to 20+ minutes away and that i was looking for a quick chain service as my chain was loose. After looking at my bike he quickly says the chain is trash and there is Nothing they can do to salvage it. Knowing the chain only has 400 or less miles on it. i declined service and went else where. Upon getting my bike serviced at a different shop down the street I was told by name that this Employee is hassling people into getting repairs/parts they are not needing at the time. I in fact did not need a new chain and it was service that day within the hour at a different shop. As said above Horrible experience would never step foot in this store again even with how conveniently close this place is to home.

Based on my experiences with motorcycle mechanics in the past, I came to this store/shop skeptical and observant to what cues may tell me to pop smoke and run. Owner/head mechanic, Justin greeted me and showed me around his repair shop. On my 2nd visit, Jason, front desk, took time to explain options on new tires to purchase, no rush or pressure. Took my bike in and now runs like new. Reasonable on cost and generous on extra work to ensure my ride keeps on rolling. Very happy to have found this store and shop! Customer for life! And, that’s something I don’t say lightly, nor too often.

I've used this shop with two motorcycles over the last several years. The crew is great and three other is very knowledge, friendly, and professional. This shop cares about it's customers and do a great job. Don't hesitate to take your bike here. I even had them do my first service on my new Hayabusa instead of going to Suzuki Dealer.
