We purchased a Hammerhead side-by-side for our son. It was a piece of junk! It caught fire, among other issues—a real pain in the butt! Then, my father-in-law bought my other son a go-kart from there. It's not even a year old yet, and it already has problems! Please, go somewhere else and pay more! Their products are money-suckers in the long run!

I took my old part in the store, they ordered the part. When I picked it up, part was not what I ordered. They wouldn’t take it back unless I paid 1/2 price back to them. I had already paid in full once. Lost me

Didn't seem that friendly the day I was there, they helped a little but they didn't really try very hard...I probably would have bought some stuff otherwise

Great place to shop, but the prices were a little too high for me. The young lady had a great attitude.

We bought a Hammerhead go cart here and the sales staff is ehhh, Asked to trade it in after a few weeks, the owner tells me that model didn’t sell well she could offer me 2,000 after I payed 4500 a few weeks before. Be glad when this family goes out of business.

Nice people. I was just getting out of the rain. They took me in. Sales woman was very sweet and knowledgeable. I asked way to many questions. I will definitely be back. I love this place.

I purchased a brand new scooter from them in 2017 as a Christmas present for my autistic brother. When he was riding it. The scooter would die. When I brought it back up to the store and spoke to Mike about it. He had his back yard mechanics that worked in the back say there was nothing wrong with it. I even showed him what it was doing. He told me that was normal. I asked him to trade it out or make it right He refused and got very rude with me saying there was nothing wrong with the scooter I had. Needless to say I left. And took it to a repair shop in Little Rock where I was told the carburetor was bad as well as the throttle cable was broke as well. It cost me $360 to get fixed I would never buy anything from this place ever again. I would suggest you don’t either. They won’t make it right if there is a defect with the product.

EDIT:

The owner responded stating that it appeared the scooter was in an accident. It seems that's the resolution to all the complaints on Google. No, it was not involved in an accident. I was sold a defective product which was refused to be traded for another one. Even when it was brought in and it died while the mechanics were riding it. I was told that was normal. I would not buy here again if you were giving things away for $1.00. It's sad I took my business to little rock and got it repaired
