This place was THE ONLY place that had my clutch cable I needed during rally. HD everywhere told me they don’t have that part anywhere to get me. 2013 sportster 1200 xlc. So thankful that they cooperate with A Bikers garage too because we couldn’t get through on the phone

Went here on June 8th, 2023 to have my RK Classic looked at because of what I thought was a bad compensator. These guys went above and beyond to find one nearby in case I needed one. Turned out the nut just came loose. So a gasket set and an hour or so later I was back on the road to Eureka Springs to get ready for the 800 mile ride back home the next day.
I would highly recommend this shop before the HD shop that's literally 100yds away.

It was my first time doing business with D & D Cycles. I was referred to these guys by my son.

Took my FLHTPI in to have a new rear tire installed. I also asked for a complete service, speedometer was not working, and front brake was keeping the brake light on constantly. They quoted me $200.00 for the tire, so I anticipated $400-600 total with the additional work I requested.

When they called to tell me it was ready, the bill was $722.00. I asked what made the cost go up, they stated that they provided oil, filter, rear tire, and spark plugs. The rest was labor for installing. I was hesitant, but paid the bill in full.

The speedometer worked for about a mile before going back to zero. Shortly after merging onto the interstate highway, my right lockable saddle box fell off the bike and exploded on impact with the highway. The front wheel began to bounce at speeds of 60 mph. I took the bike back to D&D. They told me the bolt fell out of the quick disconnect bracket, and caused the saddle box to fall off.
When I asked them why they didn't tighten it before sending the bike out, I was told that they were not working on the bracket, so they would have no reason to check whether it was tight. However, the box was only held by one quick disconnect pin. The other is a 3/8 threaded stud with a 1" rubber washer and a nylock nut. Even if the bolt holding the disconnect bracket fell off, the box would still be secured with the nylock nut and washer. The stud, washer, and nylock nut was till on the bike, telling me that they didn't install the box to the stud and secure it with the washer and nut. The shop did fix the brake handle and speedometer at an additional cost. (even though they were paid in full to do that work previously.)

In the end, I was charged $800.00 for a new rear tire, an oil change, and two spark plugs. D&D didn't want to take responsibility for the saddle boxes, so I guess I can add the cost of 2 new boxes and custom paint to match my bike to how I got screwed by D & D Cycles. If I could have given them zero stars I would have.

It was a terrible experience and I personally would not recommend these guys to anyone.

If for some reason you decide to let D & D Cycles look at your bike, make sure to check their work and surrounding components with a fine toothed comb before leaving the lot, because they WILL NOT stand behind their mistakes or any damage caused by their negligence.

Fantastic service! I came to get my brother a leather jacket for riding and I know nothing about riding. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. My brother absolutely loves the jacket they helped me pick out! It is amazing quality and has great functionality for what he needs as a biker. Thank you!

They don’t even deserve 1star. How hard is it to put oil back in the transmission. After 120 miles with no oil in my transmission the only thing they did for me was drain out the oil I had to put in to get home and refill. I wouldn’t trust them to work on my lawnmower.

Great prices and amazing costumer service. Was looking around for a replacement clutch lever after mine broke. On Harley's website they wanted around $120 but was able to get a used pull off from D&D Cycle for $10 with a new bushing and raddled tab on it. Just amazing.

This shop is beyond amazing!! Two years in a row I've run into issues with my full custom while here for Bikes, Blues, & BBQ. 2019, my taillight assembly fell apart - they found an an exact match and had me back on the road in hours. 2020, I had an issue with my transmission - 2 hours away. Dropped it off an hour before they closed, and less than 24 hours they had it fixed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! They are a low key, really great to work with, and have a cool shop! I highly recommend them!!
