Great experience here. Purchased a new Street Scrambler. Could not be any easier. Called the day prior, told them what I wanted, picked it up the next day. All paperwork done and service ready to ride the next day!

Chip was amazing to deal with, lots of communication about when my Vespa would be ready. Super personable. Even came on a day they were closed to pick up my bike and Robert and Chip went out of their way to save us a trip. Exceptional service. Bike looks amazing. Thank you!

Today I bought a 2023 Bonneville from D&D Cycles. I had the most positive experience dealing with D&D Cycles that I have ever had when buying any vehicle. There was NO game playing, just straight and honest communications. They didn't use the typical paper work tricks that car dealers use trying to confuse you about what you are actually paying for the vehicle. The pricing work sheet was straightforward and easy to understand. When I returned to complete my paper work, the deal we had agreed upon was exactly as we had agreed. No bait and switch games, no trying the squeeze every penny out of a customer with questionable junk fees, etc. We finalized the deal in less than 30 minutes. It was the smoothest, most painless, and pleasantly surprising major purchase I have ever made. On top of that, they sold me a center at their cost and installed it for FREE! When is the last time one of those corporate powersports stealer-ships did something like that for you? I went into their work shop and was impressed with the facilities and staff working there to keep the customer's bikes running in top shape. Ill be taking my new Triumph back to D&D for service. I have visited and evaluated every motorcycle dealership in the Fairhope and Pensacola area and I would rank D&D as the number one shop for honesty, value and fair treatment of their customers. If you are in the market for a motorcycle, you definitely MUST go talk to these folks.

It's all about energy! (The puppies are cute, too!)

Yesterday, my husband and I visited D&D Cycles and were greeted with incredibly positive vibes. Rob and his team took the time to answer all of our questions. Even though we didn't make a purchase yesterday, this place has definitely earned our business. I'm excited to go back soon to get some wheels!

This was my first motorcycle buying experience and it couldn’t be any better. The staff is professional, kind and straightforward. I was working with Shane. He not only helped me purchase the perfect motorcycle (w/custom parts) and insurance, but we took hours just picking out the perfect gear as well. I highly recommend D&D Cycles for first time or many time buyers.

Purchased a new Trident 660 from the shop and have only great things to say about my experience and staff at D & D! The Triumph showroom is beautiful and always improving with accessories and goodies. They were able to get all the accessories added quickly and the bike has performed great. Love that they’re family owned and operated - looking forward to working with them for all my Triumph needs ?

First off I've been riding and racing for over 20 years and I love using local shops to support our riding community for future generations. I have used shops all over the US and have been lucky enough to have been sponsored by some great shops that helped me win two state motocross championships. It is with this I found D&D from a post on social media and decided to give them a shot without talking to local racers.

Communication- I dropped off my suspension and was told the turn around would be around two weeks with parts. At the two week point I contacted the shop and was told they were awaiting parts (springs) that had to be custom made. No huge deal but a good shop would have reached out at some point over the two week period with an update. Once the suspension was finished I picked it up on Saturday and paid for the work and parts, which was significantly higher than quoted by the technician. The owner ensured me she would have the technician call me the next week, you can guess the answer in that they never returned a call for the increase in overall suspension work price.

Attention to detail- If you ride or race you probably spend a lot of time working on your motorcycle and simple details like an upright spring in the photo shows a low attention to detail. Paired with that I went to install all the suspension and found parts missing from the rear shock, the spacers and seals on the upper shock mount. I called and found they were left on the shelf and had not been reinstalled. I had initially asked for them to mail then to save the two and half hour drive but decided I would probably end up with no parts or weeks of waiting on this simple task. There was also zero feedback from the technician on the setup of the suspension and I was told I could bring the suspension back on the bike to have it dialed in. Good idea but any good suspension technician can give a good starting point with a riders weight, skill level and type of riding. I had to zero out all clickers and use a friends shop to do the setup.

Value- When a shop gives a basic quote there is always wiggle room with parts, shipping and labor which I am fully aware of. In this case the quoted price with parts and the end result was over $300 more than initial quote. Paired with the exceptionally poor attention to detail I would not recommend this shop for suspension work or any work for that matter. For the price I paid at this shop I could have shipped my suspension to a racetech certified technician.

Walking in the door I was amazed at the cleanliness, tasteful, and colorful areas of the showroom. Being in the motorcycle business for over 25 years it takes a lot to impress me. Yet it happened here in both the front and back end of the business.
