Received got free service and incredible care! These guys tightened all the bolts on my new bike, gave me advice and tips for the bike, changed and inflated the tire for free! 5/5 the best shop in the San ramon/danville area, if you need help/repair with your bike, these guys are the people to do this!!!

Nice place! Super helpful. Walked in looking for help replacing a seat bolt that fell off during my ride. They gave me a replacement for free and helped me put my seat back on. Give these guys your business!

Nice staff,, but the bikes are extremely over-priced. The bike we wanted to buy was $200 more at this shop than at every other bike shop & online bike prices. When asked if he would lower the price it was till higher than any other bike shop & would only lower it if we paid cash.. We went to another bike shop and bought the same bike, two pegs, and a Kriptonite lock all for less than the price of the bike at this shop, & also lower than the cash price he offered for the bike & lock.

The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me and answer my questions. As a new owner of a Quintana Roo Tri Bike with Di2 shifting, I needed help getting everything connected and in working order. He was great, communicative, and thorough. When I picked up my bike, he helped me grab all the necessary supplies for if my inner tube ever pops during a ride. I really appreciated the great customer service, and I'll be back again for any/all of my future bike needs! Thanks again!
