Had trouble uploading my insurance information. After 3 attempts it went through. I called just to confirm that he received it, and he was very rude. Chewed me out for calling. Acting as if I was trying to rush him. I just wanted to make sure got the info. I don’t care how good someone is, a customer shouldn’t have to deal with that. I was going to let him do the work, he lost my business.

I have read a lot of reviews stating David was rude. I was prepared, but willing to give him a chance. I’m a new rider and don’t have a lot of bike knowledge. He spent a lot of time talking to me about my bike and encouraging me to be patient with my skills, and providing tips. He also agreed it was a great advantage to take a rider safety course. David is very knowledgeable, patient, and an all around good guy. I left my bike with him and he even drove me home. (Don’t count on that as a norm, maybe he just likes me, and I only live a mile or so from the shop.) I highly recommend his services. Give him a shot and ignore the post about having an attitude. Who knows how the people who wrote those reviews approached him.

David has always got me in & out of his shop in a timely manner. Knowing that I will be talking to the machanic that works on my bike means a lot to me. He has also been a great help if I had a person question while doing minor work on my own bike.

I have known David for over 30 years and dealt with him for almost 20 years.David is probably one of the best and honest mechanics you will find.He like everyone else has good and bad days but he has never taken a rude attitude towards me.I sold David parts for many years and even though I hadn't seen him in quite a while I still consider him a friend and if you spend a little time around him you will too.
