I had them convert my 2018 Indian Chieftain to a trike with a RoadSmith trike kit. The entire experience was outstanding! Mark took all the time I needed explaining the different options and making recommendations on which options i should get and which ones I could do without. From the day he received the kit, it only took him one week to complete the conversion. When I picked up the trike, he took time to explain how everything worked and made sure I understood how riding a trike was different than riding on two wheels. The trike looks awesome, and six weeks down the road I haven't encountered any problems (other than getting used to riding on three wheels, LOL). I can't recommend D&D highly enough. Thanks to Mark, and the rest of the crew at D&D, I can continue riding the Chieftain that I love. They've made me a customer for life!

What a great experience this was! I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark at D&D Discount Motorcycles. This business is a throwback to how business used to be done! I was greeted warmly and found Mark to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He was more than fair, and I was extremely satisfied with the transaction. I highly recommend D&D and will absolutely tell every rider I know.

I worked with Eric and Mark about a year ago to purchase a sports bike that they had listed for sale on cycle trader. I asked for a test drive and they said no. There was some scratches on the bike and a missing turn signal. Looks like they slapped on a new exhaust and a new windshield. They were very firm on the price and did not budge a single dollar. I asked if the bike has been gone through and inspected and they said and insured me a yes multiple times. They delayed my purchase a few days to put in a new fuel pump. When I picked up the bike, sold as is, as is most used things, all they said is to keep track of the miles because it doesn't have a fuel gauge. We got to my friends house and found the fuel gauge was cleverly covered with Black electrical tape. Within a few days, fluid started leaking out of one of the master cylinders and I started having throttle issues so I had my mechanic take a look at the bike in detail. We discovered the fluid wasn't actually changed so I was lied to, as it was dirty and the gaskets were old. I did call them and Mark said I could bring it in for them to flush that fluid out. We did a detailed inspection and discovered the throttle issues were coming from the tank being very dirty, a cheap Chinese fuel pump was put in instead of OEM, and there were exposed wires in the tank. Every mechanic I spoke with in the past year said if somebody is pulling off the tank and replacing the fuel pump, then it would be common sense to flush out the tank of any debris that would clog the filters and pump. I had the mechanic test any other potential issues from the computer to air to spark etc... before taking my bike back here even for the complimentary fluid flush. I decided to not take the bike back to Mark and d&d due to what we found. To say the least, I overpaid for a bike that was sold as the perfect ready to go commuter when it should have been sold as a project or needs a little work type of a bike. If they had simply given me a few hundred Dollars off and were honest with the issues, then I would have been content purchasing the bike as is. I could have done the job correctly from the beginning. I would not trust buying a used bike from here. If you do consider purchasing a bike from here, either be a mechanic or bring a mechanic and bring tools and check everything! I have heard so many good things about this place so it makes me so sad that they ripped me off. I do understand that every bike is a project bike to a certain degree. But I live life with ethics and morals and from my perspective and opinion I was definitely takin advantage of. In this world you can't trust people anymore. I got very blessed and was able to sell the bike to a lovely family and I was very transparent about all the existing issues and things that will need to be done in the near future. D&D might be good at converting bikes to three wheelers and working on cruisers but I wouldn't trust purchasing anything used from them. I checked their website, and cycle trader, and there's still bikes from last year for sale. I would give them five stars if they were honest and more transparent about the bike, even with the issues. For someone who is relatively a newer Rider, they put me in a dangerous situation. I was on the highway when the bike slowed down and stopped throttling. But since I've heard so many good things from the community about this place, instead of giving it one star I give them two as a benefit of the doubt. Rumor is that they are new owners at this location so maybe they didn't have their facts right to begin with when they sold the bike to me. I also learned a lot from this process when it comes to trusting a used dealer at face value. Now I understand the level of due diligence that ought to be done on my end too. My recommendation to the current owners of D&D would be to get rid of all your bikes that you have for sale and do what you do best and work on cruisers and trikes. As a small business owner myself, I hate to leave bad reviews on another small business.

I have had the best customer experience with Eric and all of the staff of this business from my first phone call. Polite, patient, helpful, willing to help save some $$ where we could, honest, and the work performed on my 2006 Yamaha Morpheus scooter was flawless. I enjoyed the ride home, and I'm thrilled to be leaving this review for all of you lucky people who, like me, happen to find this business and book an appt for your treasured ride. I'll be back in a few months for more maintenance, and for as long as they're willing to service my scoot. ❣️

I was referred to D&D from a buddy of mine who had his Goldwing serviced there many times. From the 1st time I spoke on the telephone to Eric, I found him to be very courteous and professional. Their pricing is reasonable and they are extremely service oriented. Sean (pictured) worked on my bike. He was also very professional and extremely courteous. Sometimes you might encounter "attitude" when you go some places like this, but not here. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend D&D!
