Awesome staff! Everyone is approachable and friendly. Ana helped my wife and I find our dream bike. She was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to talk to. Dennis is very wise and offered great advice. Oscar was very knowledgeable when it came to parts I needed to order. Jeremy delivered our bike in a timely and secure manner. The young lady in the accessories department I believe her name is Eli was very resourceful and she helped us find the right gloves and helmets. I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience at this shop.

Horrible business. Horrible customer service. Horrible management and store manager. This is all about the service department mainly. Sales haven’t had issues with or parts. They’re all great. But Oscar in service sucks. Poor communication, doesn’t follow through with anything he says. His manager Preston same exact thing. They could literally care less about you I took my bike to them 3 times for the same exact problem each time and they kept on telling me it was this and that and now this third time they telling me it’s something bigger and then I tell them just bring my bike back to my house and it’s not put together correctly there tech must not be certified in Harleys if they can’t figure out the bigger problem before they figure out the small problems I will be happily taking my business elsewhere and don’t recommend Death Valley Harley to anyone

A bit late , but I traded my last bike(2013 street glide )into death valley Harley and upgraded to a 2019 road glide . Best decision I made and rob Aaron and Dennis did everything they could to get me at the price I wanted with a low apr too. The shop made sure my bike was taken care of and ready to go. This the 4th bike I get from here and I must say it's been a good experience.

I never get tired of coming here! I have bought two bikes from here and the staff is always top notch, no matter what department. I really cant speak highly enough of everyone here and I really enjoy the events like bike night.

Was excited to find the dealership as we are driving cross country and wanted to get a shirt from here. Upon entry we were greeted, went to look at the limited supply of accessories and then over to the shirts. Was highly disappointed in the lack of shirts and sizes. The sales girl said that we could pick out shirts and then could order them for us in our sizes and have them shipped to us ..they basically only had smalls for ladies and 2XL and higher for men’s. So we picked out two we liked. But then when we went back to her she said she couldn’t order the exact ones we picked because they get different ones in all the time and it will be like a month before they get more shirts in. She wrote our name and email down on a piece of paper and stuck it to the counter.
So disappointed with the fact the store is off a major highway..highly desired I would assume being the Death Valley store and then have no shirts to speak of? Even though we left our information we really aren’t expecting a call or email with getting a shirt.

People like him are the problem solvers we all seek out in times of need.
