Justin in sales did a great job. Transaction was seamless and transparent. I purchased the bike and had it shipped to Arizona. I relied on Justin’s judgement since I did not test drive the bike or see it in person. Justin took all the photos and made sure the bike was in great shape. Very happy with him and the selling dealer.

Updating this review since it would be a 2 part. The Sales and finance team were great to work with. Great professionals as would be expected. Justin is great and friendly.

The service department at this location lacks customer service. Don't like the fact that you make appointment and they overnight your motorcycle for an oil change. Doesn't make sense.

Drove 4 hours from Fresno to Del Amo. These place was straight forward and cut to the bottom line. Local dealers in the central valley wanted absurd prices and Del Amo beat them. Made the 4 hour drive more than worth it in savings! Local dealers don't realize that most people are willing to drive to save some money. Thank you Del Amo! Thank you Terry and Sam!! My son loves his bike!!!

The "check out this bike" moment resulted in a purchase, thanks to the outstanding salesperson who was able to swiftly get us started on determining what the payments would be to qualify us within a few minutes of inspecting the bike. The interest rate was quite high, but the finance company expanded the payments to offset the interest. I later noticed the chain was loose and was irritated that it had to be tightened before being released. I spoke with the servicing manager, who was excellent and said that it is usual for chains to loosen over time while sitting in a parking lot, which makes sense. So, after letting my frustration get the best of me, the service manager was kind enough to schedule a time to replace the chain for free to compensate for my challenging circumstances. I thought the manager demonstrated amazing problem solving and customer service skills. I have to quit comparing motorcycle purchases to automobile buys; for obvious reasons, cars are typically larger and more expensive with more options.
