Manny was my sales rep and although it took a while for my specific desired bike to come in he continued to stay in touch with me giving me updates on shipments and alternatives if I was interested. He never pushed a sale of something I didn’t want. Ultimately I’m happy to report I was the first person he called when my dream bike came in, as of today I am taking my Kawasaki Versys 650 home. Thank you Manny and the rest of the team at Del Amo Motorsports!

Poor Customer Service. You need to do all research for yourself. Also at $125 an hr for maintenance is just a crime. I would not recommend this place, shop elsewhere. By the way I bought my first bike here 2yrs ago, also had the worst shopping experience. They can get you low monthly payment but you have to be rich or perfect credit score. This place will not be around for long if they continue this route. !Avoid dealing w/a sales rep by the name of Amanda.

This place is a clown show. Staffed by clowns. I purchased my bike new from them a few years ago, and purchased a different bike from a private seller this week so I went in there to see if they'd want to buy my other used bike. We negotiated everything, signed all the paperwork and title over, give them the keys, etc. and THEN they tell me they won't be able to give me a check for the bike for an entire week. Excuse me? Would you be ok with me buying a bike from you, signing all the paperwork, and then saying "Yeah but I won't be paying you for it for a full week".

The manager Jason had absolutely nothing helpful to say about any of it. My expectations of this place are ALWAYS low, but Del Amo Motorsports never ceases to disappoint.

looking for a part for my Yamaha clutch cable do not have the part at this location had to park in the Santa Ana location part was a fair price $27 pickup part. easy install 10 minutes, thanks for all their help to having the part stock. bike up and running headed to Santa Monica food drinks and a good time.

Parts department is definitely on point. A little pricey but they have a great selection and are willing to order almost anything. Staff here has great knowledge about lots of products and still trying to keep you under budget. Naomi has Experience with a lot of products and can tell you what is the best product for the money. Also huge selection of tires for both Bike and UTVs . And they have a service department on the property. But come by and see for yourself. Tell them unit29 says hi. Goodluck and Ridesafe.

Very UN ethical sales staff. Trying to purchase a 2nd ATV(same model,same year), same one as before and they now want $2995.00 extra because model is dis continued. Please be careful when dealing with there sales department (Jason). Another sales person- same place- different location tried to call me at the same time saying he could beat Jason price. Seems very unethical to me. They log your phone number when 1st calling so they know who you are. Seems creepy.

The service department is a joke. $200 for oil change and chain clean/lube on a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. Only made worse by the fact that they only wiped down the outer face of the chain, the interior faces of the chain links were untouched.

They also quoted me for a cam chain and tensioner replacement. $400 for the parts and $1400 for labor? For a 7.8 hour job that comes to $180/hr...... nice try. I'll find somewhere else from now on.

Very unsatisfied with the service I received, bought a used bike they give me 31 days guarantee with the bike. 4 days after having it, front brakes had an issue I was riding and went down with the bike. I had to get surgery and the bike got really beat up. Now that I showed them bike they don't want to respond for the what happened even tho they said they would.. really looking forward into a lawsuit after getting it checked with my personal mechani,. 2 days after they supposedly inspected it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE things could of been worse.
