What a GREAT experience here at Delta Marine. A storm took my boat in the Sacramento area, there was a lot of damage. I was overwhelmed, I did not even know where to start. I called Tony at Delta Marine. He and his people came up to see my boat. I gave them my insurance company's name and number. His Director of Operations, Jodi, kept me informed of everything along the way. During this time, the boat was getting worked on. I decided it was time to move from the West Coast. Tony and I talked, and the boat was finished. Tony began the For Sale process. I would say the whole process was very easy with the help of Tony and his staff. We bought our first boat last fall with Paul Otis from Delta Marine Sales, and he was an amazing person to work with. Paul really cares about getting you into the right boat, and is there with you every step of the way. We had been looking at boats in the Bay Area for quite a while, and none of the other sales team/brokers we met were as nice, honest, responsive, patient, and thorough as Paul. Buying a large boat is a big purchase and quite the process. Trust me when I say that when you do decide to buy a boat you want to find someone like Paul. We were on a pre-planned trip to Singapore and Bali while the surveys and purchase were all happening, and Paul helped everything continue with us doing everything from SE Asia. After we bought the boat Paul did a couple of really thorough walk throughs of things, we practiced docking, and even to this day, Paul still will help me with questions or make recommendations.

Paul Otis is an absolute rockstar and pleasure to work with. This was our second time venturing into the bigger boat world. The first broker we looked at looked like they were trying to sell broken down hunks of junk. Paul made it easy, pleasurable, fun and enjoyable to understand the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys doing this. I highly recommend him. If I was to do it again I would work with Paul in a heartbeat.
