I recently took my semi-truck to 🚨( Delta Truck Center ) 🚨for repairs, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the experience. First, the communication was terrible. They gave me an estimate of 2-3 days for the repairs, but my truck was in the shop for over a week with no updates unless I called repeatedly to check on the status.
When I finally got my truck back, the issue I brought it in for was only partially fixed, and now there’s a new problem that wasn’t there before. It’s clear they rushed the job and didn’t take the time to do it right.
To make matters worse, the final bill was significantly higher than the original estimate, with no explanation for the additional charges. The staff was dismissive when I tried to address my concerns, and I left feeling completely unheard.
I rely on my truck for my livelihood, and this experience has cost me time, money, and trust. I won’t be returning to this shop and would caution other truck owners to think twice before doing business 😡😡😡😡

I stopped in at Delta Truck Center for a service related issue on a 2020 5700 Wester Star. There were codes related to after treatment system as well being de rated to 55mph. At the service desk I was greeted by both Victor and Kaylee. Both were professional in the process of checking in as well as listening to my concerns.
From the time I arrived to the time all the issues with the truck had been resolved. Was five day. I was permitted to stay on site in my truck after each shift till all the repairs were made. There were multiple issues related to the after treatment system that had to be replaced. There were multiple technicians involved due to the longevity of testing process, I will mention the technicians that worked on my truck started off with Yodie, Brigham, Jesse’s and Angel. All of the technicians played a vital part in assessing and deploying removal and replacement of various components. Jesse and Angel performed the majority of the repairs. They were polite, well trained and very attentive to myself as the customer. I will also mention the service manager John. John was respectful professional and very helpful throughout the entire repair and finalizing the invoice. I want to mention Liz as well. Liz was very helpful in locating and obtaining a back ordered item vital in completing the repair. John went out of his way to personally pick up that part from an out of network vendor approximately a hundred plus miles from the shop. I greatly appreciate the experience I had with this Western Star dealer. Thank you all for your help.

We operate a fleet of Freightliner Cascadias and have been loyal to the brand for years. Unfortunately, our experience with Delta Truck Center has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is hands down the worst Freightliner dealership for repairs we've come across.

Their approach to warranty claims is appalling—every single issue seems to come with an excuse to deny coverage. Instead of standing by the Freightliner brand and assisting their customers, they seem more focused on avoiding responsibility.

Due to our repeated negative experiences with Delta Truck Center, we’ve decided to move away from Freigtliner. Moving forward, we will be adding Volvo and Kenworth trucks exclusively. Delta Truck Center’s service has completely soured us on Freightliner, and we cannot in good conscience continue to deal with them.

We hope Freightliner takes note of how this dealership's actions are driving loyal customers away.

I dropped my truck here for coolant leak while fixing it they broke main def lines and charged me for it. When I dropped my truck there was not any oil pan leak they told me your oil pan gasket leaking and after putting on new gasket. Nothing fixed still has coolant leak,and oil pan leak. They guys are bullshit they don’t know how to work totally waste of time

Don’t ever buy parts from here, the guys are all rude and have no customer service. You can’t ask them questions or they will get mad they said they aren’t mechanics they use sell parts. Golden Gate Truck center in Oakland is 100 times better with actually parts advisors who know what they are talking about and will guide you in the right direction if needed.(just to be clear the night shift is who I’m talking about)

These guys and their customer service is terrible not professional at all it’s like they hired a bunch of low life’s that are miserable to come sell parts they sold me the wrong part wouldn’t let me open it when getting it, then told me it’s my fault I got the wrong part. I’ve been trying to call back for hours nobody picking up they say they short staffed very rude people this place needs to be checked out by whoever is in charge. If you need some real help and need the right part the first time come to Freightliner in Oakland they are the best.
