DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE FOR REPAIR!! My 1999 CHAPARRAL SAT THERE FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR ! I WAS CHARGERS 2500 $$ AND THE ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED !!!

UPDATE !! I took my boat to Sundance in Hesperia! They had to actually replace what desert marine said they replaced and an absolutely did not .. !! What a sham and a disappointment and a huge financial loss !!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE DON the MECHANIC HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING AND BRIAN IS A CROOK. I WILL BE ADDING PICTURES WEHEN I GET ALL THE PARTS BACK FROM SUNDANCE !

No loyalty here after years of supporting this business as a rv/marine customer. I have waited 3 months for the marine department to make a phone call to Mercury for a nationwide warranty claim and was told by Brian he has been too busy. He even suggested that I should go to Bass Pro when I dropped my part off and after three months wait I guess I should have. It appears they are only helpful if it putting big money in their pockets not what I expect as the authorized Mercury dealer. I won't be back.

Everyone at Desert Marine is always so good to us.. And Brian in service has always answered all my questions and helped walk me thru anything that I can fix myself without having to pay a ton of money.. And they did a great job on my brakes for my trailer and got it back to me quickly. Thank You Desert Marine and especially Briam!

A waste of time and money. A rip off ! A mechanic with limited ability and I'm being nice. Over priced and under staffed. Don't get sucked in to this nightmare. If they fix your boat another problem will magically appear at launch. A month turnaround if your lucky. Be advised!!!!

So excited they have almost everything I've needed over the last year in stock, no more buying and waiting online, I didn't even know there was a marine spot up here, not large for stock inside Range Rv but its just enough

They have very limited boating supplies. And there items were hard to find. The only plus side to this place is the staff if super helpful and always friendly.
