The first thing to know is that everyone who works here has a true passion and huge knowledge base from personal detailing experience in the detailing business. I can’t imagine a better place to get your vehicle detailed then their onsite shop. They have a vast selection of supplies and equipment and cater to everyone from the home auto enthusiast who likes to detail their own vehicles to large detailing businesses. Their prices are always competitive even with the online giant retailers. Detailing also offers detail training that is world class and I’ll write a second review regarding my experience after going through their training program later. Detailing.com can answer any of your questions and supply you with everything you need, why would you buy from an online giant?

This place has all the professional products you need. No need to order online or waste your time at over price auto part stores. Everyone there is super helpful and super nice. Without them I couldn't keep my Chevelle and truck show ready.

To my knowledge the only detailing store locally that carries a wide variety of brand name quality detailing products as well as employees with years of hands on experience...will need to keep look out for holiday specials, meets and try taking one a training class...side note make sure your Amazon flex app isn't on 🤣🤗

Why is everyone so angry with life every single time I'm in this store ? It's like they don't want to be there. I don't expect people to be giddy with glee but man I'm giving you hard earned money. Guess I'll give it to some online retailer or go direct. Rather deal with no face rather than feel like a burden giving someone money. The local homeless in the area are more appreciative.

No I will not provide you details around that and you literally have only one showroom. You can read all the other reviews here related to the attitude every single person there exhibits to customers. It also does not matter, anyone I know will no longer patron your store, online or otherwise. Read your other reviews, you are not polite.

Hands down the best place to buy detailing supplies! They have options for a consumer account and pro account, both with their own benefits. They carry a lot of popular and some niche brands so no matter what you need they most likely have it. I lived in Las Vegas for 5 yrs and would drive to detailing .com to get my supplies. Yes, they're worth it!!

Look, this place has a great selection of products and is fairly easy to order and then pick up the next morning. My issue is the dales staff/customer service they are very rude. God forbid you to have the wrong information on a product, they do a good job of making you feel like you are not worth their time. If your staff has an opportunity to pass along some knowledge they should be taking that opportunity to politely correct the wrong information I had instead of making a smart mouth comment then when I ask if the product is in stock he didn’t even look In his system and just said better get here soon. Is it that tough to pull up your stock on the computer and give the customer an accurate quantity? Very disappointed in the gentleman I spoke with today. The female cashier is very friendly and helpful and I have had other good experiences with sales reps but today was just out of line. This is the most complete detailing supply store close to me so I will have to continue to use them but will start ordering more products online from here on out.

Great customer service. The employee even stepped out to look at my paint to recommend their new spray wax. He explained how to use it and showed me the microfiber towels I can use to apply which I also purchased and the soap. I told him I was on a budget since I also have chemical guys products at home I didn't want to spend more than $40 and he helped me a lot. I didn't think of asking his name but I will 100% return to this location.

I'm a first tine customer with a do it yourself project for paint correction . Renee made sone great recommendations on 3 products that worked beautifully together, as a novice detailer, I appreciate him taking the time to run thru some options and he also took the time to look at my car for a recommendation.
