Fantastic experience! We walked in and were helped immediately; they took the time to show us the units we were interested in and once we picked one we got the lock right there! Sign up was quick and easy and everyone was super helpful and polite, I would definitely recommend Devon Self-Storage - quick, efficient and kind can’t ask for more than that! 😊

Would not recommend this place! I stored my items here, and my unit was broken into and a lot of personal and valuable items were stolen.

The workers there are definitely very suspicious casing units, knowing the values, and hiding video evidence.

The insurance won't even cover cause there's no proof in a broken lock.. the lock was broken off and completely missing. I 100% left a lock on it with my stuff safely inside.

All I wanted was my belongings to be stored safely while we wait to get a home. I would definitely not trust this company or the guys at the office.

So this was my first ever time storing things away, the staff here at Devon are absolutely amazing. I went to a previous storage company and they didn't seem like they really had the time nor patience to actually show me what I was going to be renting. I would prefer not to knock another company on anothers page, so I will leave names out. However on a positive note, Heather and Shannon were very kind and courteous when I entered. Mind you it was like 20 minutes prior to closing, and regardless Heather was like "no problem! I'll take you out there" so with that, it basically sold me just on the fact that she was very kind and respectful even though its prior to the end of her shift. So thank you Heather G! Great job, the storage facility is very clean and the units were very clean inside with no odors or anything! I would recommend that if you're in the market for a storage, that you give them a shot, you won't be let down. The prices are reasonable and the ladies are wonderful. Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me get the right unit.
