I live local to this dealership, after shopping at several different dealerships, I decided to support the local business and purchase my truck from Diamond Hills. Friends and family told us not to buy from here, but I figured give them a try. The Salesman was awesome and made the deal. It’s been years since buying a new truck and was very happy to finally get one. After arriving home, the next morning, I noticed there were mis-matched tires. I called the dealership and asked if this was common and if I could get a matching set after spending so much money on a new truck. They said yes over the phone. The next morning my wife took the truck in, and the manager Amon was very rude and believe it wasn’t a big deal. My wife called me and I told her to just leave and we’ll never return, while letting local friends and family know of the treatment received.

We drove and hour and a half just to see a Yukon we had been eyeing online. Once there Jacob met us and took us to see it. When we weren’t sure Jacob spent the time helping us go through other similar options (different trim Suburbans & Yukons) until we decided on our purchase. He was great to work with, upfront and ease to work with. Credit application was done on a tablet & translated seamlessly over to their system making the process easy.
Mario in finance was a pleasure to work with. He made the process fun & it went by quickly as we were chatting. Very informative & provided great information on the warranty we decided to purchase. We had originally turned it down & ended up adding once he explained all it would cover.

Jacob and Mario both treated me fairly and were upfront about everything. Would recommend them both if you are in the market.

I had the best purchase experience by far when I bought my 2025 Sierra 2500 from Diamond. This is my second purchase from them and was blown away at the great service provided by salesman Z and from Albert in finance. Z and the manager gave me a great price hassle free.

I wasn’t sure which version of the 2500 I wanted and Z happily let me test drive Diesel and gas. Then brought down multiple variations of diesel Trim for my wife and I to choose from, allowing a test drive of them all. All in all Z ran back and forth bring me down 6+ trucks for me to see and drive. After my decision was made. The deal was sealed within 15 minutes, because they didn’t give me the back and forth and the deal was spot on with what I had in mind already. The longest wait time I had was for finance to free up from other deals being made.

Albert in finance was a refreshing and welcoming change in the finance aspect of purchasing a vehicle. Pressure free no gimmicks and honest! I have purchased over 10 new vehicles so far and have never had a more pleasant experience than what I had with Albert and Z at the Diamond Chevrolet dealership.
