My experience purchasing 5 new Pirelli 215/55R17-PIR-P7 Cinturato All Season Plus3
- BW 94V TL TIRES (including replacement of original spare trunk tire) was EXCELLENT - for my Toyota Avalon XLS ‘Viking Val.’

Sonia Marcia assisted me with the order on my phone inquiry yesterday, and with my purchase and installation today,
I also purchased the alignment service to ensure the best performance and tread life for my new Pirelli tires.
The service technicians were respectful and efficient as well.
Bravo! And thank you.
I’ve preferred Pirelli over Michelin for 30 years on 3 vehicles (Mercedes Benz 450SLC, Toyota Avalon Touring Sedan, and this vehicle).
Superb handling and performance.

Came in for a Wheel alignment(They did Absolutely nothing to align my wheels correctly), tire rotation( Which they did), and Wheel balancing(Did Nothing). Left with a 15 degree cricked steering wheel pushed to the right, A shaky car 10x worse than before, and Scratching my RIMS. Do not come here unless you plan on Leaving with more problems then you came in with. Also suspect they broke my CV Axel and Strut as there’s 0 reason why I come in with a steering wheel that only shakes past 60ish mph and leave with a SHAKING CAR with a stiff steering wheel. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, there’s much better tire shops to go to anywhere else but here.

P.S. The lady at the Front Desk had an Attitude the whole time I spoke with it and it tried to over charge me 3x the initial cost over the phone. Sad to see the Workers being led by Power Tripped Poor management.

Went in today for their free lifetime tire rotation, after getting a new set of tires a while back, and they were great. I remember we also got a nail in a tire some time ago (before we bought those new tires), and they fixed it free of charge. Great place!

Went in yesterday to get my car checked out because my air pressure light for my tire was on. I was worried I had a nail stuck in one of my tires. I was helped out by Sonia Garcia at the front desk. She let me know it was actually just my sensors that needed to be replaced. So she helped me get that done for a pretty fair price. She was helpful and explained everything in a way a college student could actually understand lol. Overall had a good experience and thank you Sonia for giving me a good deal.

Discount Tire Service Center in Azusa is the best! Their staff are courteous, professional and honest. I took my vehicle in because a nail got stuck in my tire. Although they were very busy they made time to assist me and repair my tire quickly. I highly recommend them.
