My fiancé went here to get his tires checked due to repeated low pressure messages his car forced him to pay attention to. Not only was the lady behind the counter super kind but they got his car in and out in super speed. Much faster than he had anticipated.
This is unusual overall but happens every time he or I visit for any reason. This location and the staff always provide excellent service, are kind and very fast. Cannot recommend enough!

We were in a desperate situation and Beth was amazing! We needed new tires which she helped us with, but we also needed a new wheel/rim because we’d hit a big pothole on our way through the Mojave Desert. Beth couldn’t sell us a rim, but she gave us a contact for a business that could sell us one and ship it to her so she could get it installed for us. She was also proactive and called us about getting an alignment that we needed after she got the tires installed. Would absolutely recommend this business! (And WAY more help than the Big O Tires down the road gave us!)

Great service! Bought an old SUV and still getting the bugs out. Went for tires and they found bad rotors on my rear. Replaced while I waited. It no longer has a shimy and will be returning to do some other maintenance soon. Very thorough.

I could not be happier with the speedy work and very lovely and professional customer service provided by this location with special recognition to Jim, Beth and the other crew members who I interacted with or kept me updated throughout the day. There was an extremely positive, friendly, patient and understanding vibe and I got a major brake job done on a saturday with no appointment or notice.

If so many of the crew are that professional and friendly, and things were done so well, I can only assume someone in management knows what they are doing.

After enjoying a great month near Joshua Tree it was time to head back home. Knew I needed an oil change so I stopped by Discount Tire in Yucca Valley. What a great team and especially a shout out to our customer service rep, Tammra who was so helpful and kind.
