By far one of the worst experiences renting a Uhaul. The guy needs his attitude checked. Extremely rude and charged us for fuel costs even after I showed him the pictures that were taken when we picked up truck. Now, I'm working with Uhaul customer service for the refund for the bogus xtra charges - even after acknowledging fuel level he stated was incorrect. Always take pictures and/or video of the rental vehicle before driving off the lot because they will try to rip you off.

Awful. Beyond Awful. When I first arrived, Tony gave me attitude and was dismissive, saying that they didn't provide parking. I had made a reservation for a pick-up truck at 4pm. I stood there first in line and Tony didn't even acknowledge me for another 5 minutes. Once he did and said the pickup truck wasn't there, so Tony had called the previous customer and had the conversation on speaker. The person who had been renting it before me had made a mistake and didn't return in in time, so it wasn't there for me, delaying my plans.

Tony told me to call another UHaul location to see if they had a pickup truck for me instead and just walked away.

I went to the second location who was definitely way more helpful. The woman there said Tony always sends people to that location, WITHOUT CONFIRMING a new reservation of a vehicle at the new location. So the second location had to cancel my original reservation, setup a SECOND reservation. Mind you- this was all during Friday rush hour, so the process was not fun at all. The lady there had some sympathy and allowed me an extra hour with the vehicle before I had to return it.

Tony and this location is AWFUL. Don't bother. I recommend going to the UHaul location at 1836 Arapahoe St, Los Angeles, CA 90006 - They're way more professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Through work, I book at this uHaul almost every week. It is just amazing how our vehicles are always ready on time, clean and good to go. Tony has always been so incredibly nice and helpful to our team and I cannot thank all the employees enough!

Questionable business practices: Trucks seem to be filled only to a quarter tank (this was the case for both myself and the person in front of me). When asked they encouraged you to just fill up at their gas station. They also did not refund me for returning the truck with more than a quarter tank left (over half).

Unable to fill reservation: I had reserved an appliance dolly and furniture blankets ahead of time. They had none of these. I had to drive to hollywood to get what I needed which cost me extra miles on the truck and a solid hour and a half.

I rented a 10' uhaul truck. It was an easy on the counter process. You can return after hours if you need to. I returned to Guillermo, who was easy going yet professional. He made the whole process effortless. I would rent from here again if needed.
