Really cool dealer. Very nice showroom floor, some sweet special editions, and a couple sales people who actually know what they're talking about. Also just a pleasant atmosphere. I can't speak to service, but I hope the same professionalism continues there as well.

Great place to purchase your next bike !
Best deals around and super friendly staff that dose not talk down to you when you have questions. They have a love for motorcycles and it shows in the service . Dave Daniel’s was very responsive and got me an incredible deal on my bike. I drove from Ventura county and am so happy I made the effort .. I definitely recommend to check them out before you purchase anywhere else .

I bought a bike from these guys 7 days ago. I couldn’t help but put 730 miles on it in a week. It’s a fantastic bike. I choose to come 165 miles to THIS Ducati dealer even though there are 3 dealers closer, I choose these guys because they’re the best! You feel like family every time you come in the door or step onto the property.
Brandon in service is great; professional yet laid back. Sadie in the office, Dave the finance guy, Aaron who sold me the bike, Mike the owner of the establishment; they’re all great people and very genuine. You can tell these people have the passion and enjoy their trade!
I dealt with 3 other dealers that sell these bikes and service them and this Ducati dealership is in a league of its own by a long ways.

Thank you for your help replacing my rear tire promptly and storing my bike for a few days. The staff followed up with me the next day after I picked my motorcycle to make sure everything was ok and that I was satisfied. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. I will be back and so will Max,

I was able to test ride a ducati scrambler from them even though I had no gear. They set me up with a helmet, gloves, and a jacket even after I told them that I live across the country and could not buy that day. They did not care and helped me out. When it is time to buy, I will do everything thing I can to buy from them and have my bike shipped. Support these guys if you can!

Ducati NB is the best vehicle dealer I've worked with hands down. Everyone is super personable and a pleasure to work with from the sales team to service to parts, they are a great crew. You can expect to be welcomed in without the unpleasant sales pressure you'll find at any other dealer, they're professional while very friendly.
