Exceptional buying experience. Kevin was always available by phone. Could not have asked for a better experience when picking up my new boat. Kevin had the boat pulled inside and Tony from the service area spent over 2 hours with me going over every inch of the boat and equipment. Price of the boat and equipment was definitely worth my drive from Indiana and then add the customer service from Kevin and Tony and Duckett Marine has earned my business for life. Only wish I lived closer as I would have them do all my service work.

Excellent customer service. Tony and his team got me in quickly, addressed my loss of water pressure issue and got me back out on water super fast. Really appreciate the professionalism of these guys as they really try to help when they can. I was in a pinch while traveling thru Guntersville, and they were super! Highly recommend if you ever travel thru this area of the country and need some boat service.

Absolutely incredible service and prices! I had some issues with my self installed NMEA2000, so I ran over to there dealership to pick up another drop cable and connector. They took such great care of me and I ended up hanging out for an hour just talking to them for fun. Great people, service, and they gave me the cable at no charge! They do what they can to help anglers and it absolutely shows. Amazing!!!!!!!

Great inventory of boats to choose from or they will custom order to your preference. Sales team is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. The parts and service department has anything you need to upgrade/maintain your boat and will install your graphs to look clean. I highly recommend Duckett Marine to anyone

Duckett Marine customer service was top notch. They went over and beyond to help me get me back fishing. Tournament Saturday and Thursday afternoon they went to work finding the parts I needed for my boat trailer and Friday put them on and got me rolling. They did this when everyone else in Guntersville kind of blew me off. I rate them 5 stars.
