After waiting on AAA for hours, I called this garage and they had a driver to me within minutes. Incredible service and very friendly people. The rates charged were very reasonable and they had me back on the road as fast as possible. In my opinion, if I had to break down somewhere I’m glad it was here. Thanks again for the amazing service.

Took my truck here for a repair that costs $100 in parts and 1hr of labor. Total should have been around $450 maybe max. They tried to charge me thousands of $$$$ for completely unnecessary repairs, and told me I would be out of commission for weeks. They lied and told me a part was bo longer available.They tried to charge me $200 for taking me to the hotel. This place is down right criminal. Furthermore the local suspension shop was willing to collaborate with them in the lie. Warrior Alabama is just a terrible town. This place did not even diagnose the suspension. The only reason for taking it to the suspension shop was to hide the fact no additional repairs where needed.They have no idea what it needs. The first time it was taken apart and looked at was when I got it home. The Peterbilt dealership diagnosed it for me.

Came in with a problem 3 other repair shops, including the motor dealer, couldn't correctly diagnose, much less fix. Had it here less than a week and the truck was diagnosed, fixed and back on the road running again like a top dog. Can't thank these guys enough. They are knowledgeable and fair and I will definitely use them again!

I had previously reviewed these guys a 5 star because of their customer service ect. I had been having issues with my truck and couldn't figure it out. After $3400 at their shop my truck still wasn't fixed but their customer service was really good. After taking my truck to my mechanic it was fixed in an hour and for $350. My mechanic was stunned when I said they couldn't figure out the issue as soon as he hooked it up to the computer. There were over 300 codes on each of the 2 sensors he replaced. I would give these guys 1 star but again, their customer service was great in general.

Got my truck back today after I ran it into a ditch and messed up the fuel tank and lines. From them towing me to the repair I was just pleased with them being so helpful and so quick to get me back on the road again. Highly recommend these guys and gals for anything you need for your truck from the bottom to the top they can handle it !

I brought my 2006 Peterbilt here after purchasing it the truck was a former fleet vehicle that was governed to 65 as well as sluggish Getting up to speed I dropped the truck off after hours Sunday night and Richard and his son Tyler had me back on the road Monday evening. The truck is Has ran great even with larger vehicles/heavier loads on the truck. I also want to add that I had an unrelated issue and I’m both lucky and very happy I was only a mile or so from the shop. The truck cut off on me entirely. Tyler came right out. After finding the breaker for the ecm loose in the fuse pannel, he tightened up the connections and gave me a few spare fuses Incase the breaker was on its way out. He wouldn’t take anything for his time or for coming out. This shop was a 5 hour detour from where I was headed and well worth the drive

Fantastic service and great prices, had tire blowout late at night. They sold us 2 tires , mounted them and roadside assistance at decent prices. Highly recommend
