Ms Debbie Is Literally The best
You will not find Better cars for a better price ! Believe me I’ve looked ! Ms Debbie has sold me 3 cars , recently a Hyundai Elantra , & I’ve loved each & every one of them . They each lasted a fairly long time & every time We check her lot she has an even better selection .

Went to rent one of their cars from Hertz. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a bother to the customer service associate. Latonia was rude and unhelpful. They need a declarations page printed out. My insurance site sends a link and she wouldn’t let me log in to help her print. Most of the reviews on Google mention her unprofessional attitude. Why does she have a job?

Recently purchased a slightly used, pretty much brand new 2020 Toyota 4Runner from Eagle Automotive in Huntsville. While the operation's location is spartan, who really needs a cappuccino machine in a lobby when you instead are getting a better-than-fair deal to market! Debbie made the purchase process quick and painless. She is a consummate finance professional and knows the ins-outs of the library of paperwork required for an auto purchase nowadays, even for an out of state buyer like me. I recommend seeing if they have something that will fit your needs and stop wasting time on the plethora of online car websites and worse. You won't be disappointed.

I've been looking for the right car for awhile. I stumbled upon Eagle Automotive. I drove 2 hours there because it was the best deal I found, because of all the 5-star reviews & because of the $0 Documentation Fees. Some places I checked charged up to $1000 fees, just for paperwork! I ended up paying $1k-$2k less than some 2-3 year older models with 3-4x more miles that I found. Debbie is great! She stayed in contact as I planned my trip, without being pushy like many salespeople. She answered all of our questions & was so patient & kind as we went through the hassle of dealing with my loan company. She even filled the gas tank for us before we left. If we're ever in the market again, we'll definitely check here 1st.

We rented a car from hertz for Sunday February 18-Tuesday February 20. Due to the fact that my entire family was to be riding comfortably to Dothan for a funeral. I was provided a Toyota Highlander that is extremely cramped, and the 3rd row is small. When I asked for a upgrade, the ladies at the counter gave blank stares and said I needed to rebook online. I have NEVER experienced this with a rental car company.

Shortly after driving off, the maintenance REQUIRED sign came on. We returned again. Only to be told that it is probably an oil change. This is a lie. I drive a 2024 Toyota RAV4. Maintenance required SOON is the alert for oil change. There is something wrong with this car. Yet we essentially had no choice but to drive 5 hours to a funeral and 5 hours back in a car that requires
Maintenance. This is unacceptable. I will never use them again. If a business is uncertain of how to do business… then maybe you shouldn’t?
