This is a great shop. Bob does a wonderful job keeping you informed as to what’s going on, how much it will cost and when it will be done. They fixed a sporadic problem that was very hard to diagnose but they didn’t give up and finally got the sympton to occur and diagnosed it correctly and now my boat runs good as new!

I've been here a couple of times for minor repairs and each time they were great. They got the repair done pretty fast and at a fair price. Each time they explained what was wrong and what work was needed, got my approval and then got it done at the quoted price. That's pretty much what you want out of a repair shop.

I would highly suggest avoiding this establishment. Took my Mercury Pro XS in for a job I was quoted $600 less at a dealership. Took it into Eagle due to limited availability. They had done one job for me a year prior and all was well and good. They performed a 3 hour diagnoses at a high labor fee then told us they spent 7 hours to fix the issue. The issue ended up being the air diaphragm, which multiple other mechanics told me was a 2 hour job at most. This place will milk you for labor at a high price to boot.

Came to have our Arima serviced for the 2022/2023 crab season . Bob and his crew did an excellent job in accommodating our needs efficiently and in a professional manner . Would recommend to anyone who needs boat work done throughout the bay !

They were very easy to deal with. Bob was a great help. But they don't rebuild carbuerator. So I did the job myself and all is good.

I went there with the intention of buying a new aluminium boat. I did not expect them to have one in stock but wanted to know how long it would take to get one and also how much it would cost. They said they would get back to me in a couple of days. They never did.
