I just picked up my 2023 VStrom from getting its 14.5k service. They had the bike for exactly a week. The mechanic stayed late the night before in order to make sure my bike was ready for pick up. From what I can tell the bike is running great. However, they’re some scratches on some of the plastic side covers from what I imagine happened when the mechanic set it face down on a benchtop. I also found a razor blade next to my battery underneath the seat.

My times valuable as Im sure everyone else who reads this post feels the same. I left a job site of mine early after speaking with one of their salesmen and confirmed the unit I wanted was available. I drove 2+ hours! Definitely some kind of scamming games their salemen are doing over at East Bay Motorsports.
Half way through our deal our unit was stripped from us saying it has already been sold! Who leaves the sticker price tag on the unit, takes all of your credit check information, and then comes back saying sorry it's sold to the couple next to you. To then get told it is first come first serve; and we were the first in the store.

100/10. Marty was awesome. Super personable, flexible and efficient. We did not spend all day at the dealership. We made a deal quickly for a new Can Am and were on our way in an hour or so. The pricing and the sales staff were great however, the service department was less than desirable. They hurried my vehicle for readiness and didn’t even clean cobwebs that were on it nor the dust. I was told they were going to detail it for me however they never touched it and told me they didn’t have the staff available. I spent nearly $40,000 and was delivered a dirty ATV. I would still recommend for pricing and the sales staff but would make sure they deliver an acceptable vehicle.

I was looking for a blue MTO 9 and the dealerships around town I'd called couldn't get one. I called East Bay Motorsports and they had four of them, so I ran out there. They came in below the price of the other dealerships and took a credit card. Was a good experience and would definitely go back

I bought my bike at East Bay in 2023. Since then, I brought it in for service two or three times for regularly scheduled maintenance. The staff is friendly and helpful. Other than occasional delays for parts. I recommend them without reservation.
