Eden Medical Transport was there for us when we needed to transport our loved one who was in a wheelchair 3x a week from her nursing facility to her dialysis center. Farida was in constant communication via text with us about pick up and drop off. One time the driver got a flat tire and Farida called to personally apologize for being late. Ali was our favorite driver, courteous, prompt, and gentle when picking up and dropping off. Thank you for your service!

I had a last minute request to have a family member transported to Palo Alto. Juan from Eden Medical Transportation was very helpful and professional. This transport was not an easy one, they rose to the challenge. I will use them again should I need to. I did not know you could hire a private/non emergency ambulance service. Highly recommend this company.

We needed non-emergency medical transport to get my wife home and in the house following ankle replacement surgery. We used Eden Medical Transportation, and it proved to be a very good decision. The driver arrived on time but, unfortunately, had to wait due to a longer discharge time than anticipated. However, he was super friendly and professional, and took care to ensure that my wife was safely transported up the 19 stairs leading to and through the front door of our house. The cost for this service was very reasonable and, frankly, worth every penny. She has a post-op appointment two weeks after surgery, and I will definitely call Eden Medical Transportation again if she needs them. Highly recommended!!

This was without a doubt the worst experience we have had with a transport service. He drove very fast, did not properly secure the wheelchair, got lost and then left is waiting to be picked up until we tracked him down. Never use this service again.

Eden Medical Transportation provided superstar services! My 92 year old mother needed a ride to an appointment because her ride fell through the day before. After contacting several transport providers I was lucky to reach Eden. Farida gave me all the information patiently and completely and assured me they could help. The morning of the appointment, Farida confirmed the time they would arrive - such an important step to have the company be proactive. The driver, Aawan Ismail, was so kind and careful with my mother. He brought her to the facility and personally took her in for her appointment. Since the appointment wasn’t scheduled to be long, he waited in the van and was right there when she was done, again, he took her out from the office and back into the van. Until you have to rely on others to be responsible with your frail mother you might not appreciate how deeply grateful we are for the trust and stewardship. When the need arises, we will certainly use them again! Thank you, Eden Medical Transportation!

Have used them many times for my mother in law who is wheel chair bound and resides in a board and care home. We live 250 miles away so it’s important for us to know and trust a transportation company like Eden for her appointments, they have always scheduled us when needed always on time. Very courteous to us on the phone and more importantly courteous my mother in law. We would never hesitate to use them anytime we need their services and would always recommend them
