I would give more stars if I could. I know I had Abigail as my leasing agent and Lizette helped me move in. It was easy and they were super friendly and welcoming. Lizette and Abigail were thorough and had great attention to detail. I couldn’t be more happy!

This place is a cash grab. You literally cannot leave with your full deposit even if you stay for a month. They charge a carpet cleaning fee no matter the condition of your carpet. My wife and ensured the unit was spotless when we left and were charged additional cleaning fees. If your unit does not have washer/dryer hookups be prepared to pay $3.50 per load of laundry. Be careful as once you transfer money to the laundry app it cannot be transferred back to a bank account. Our unit had a huge ant colony under the floors. Hundred of ants would come out of the walls and floors. We had pets so it was a pain to leave ant traps out and keep our pets locked up. The previous tenant must have been a smoker because the walls and appliances would ooze yellow slime. Dozens of pigeons stay on the roof and defecate all over the balcony and walkway. The workers know about this problem, however it is clear that it’s not important to them.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Krystal the property manager or whatever she claims to be is rude and invasive when it comes to ur personal life and why ur wanting to end ur lease and not stay EVEN WHEN UR LEASE IS UP!!!! Impossible to get ur deposit fee back even if you do try to take care of ur apartment. Had to submit numerous trouble tickets over the same things before maintenance finally came out 2 months later. Currently paying over $3k in rent and for what? For our air conditioner to leak all day and not be fixed?!!! Once ur lease is up you’ll get a bill for over $2k of supposed things/damages they had to fix that they found wrong w ur apartment. Even issues that were already there when u moved in!!! DO NOT MOVE IN. not worth the money and hassle. Way better and more reasonably priced places than Edgewater. Also went days/weeks without water bc there was a leak effecting the entire complex and the CITY finally had to come and fix it and block it off and we were never reimbursed for the water we didn’t use all those days BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WATER. but don’t worry they gave 2 gallon jugs of water to everyone in the complex.

I have had a great experience here at Edgewater Isle Apartments. Melanie was very helpful with making my move easy. The ladies in the office are always helpful with any questions I had.

Maintenance worker Henry is very quick and efficient and knows what he is doing.. as fast as I put in the work order the office sends someone out right away and gives me calls back that I really appreciate.. living in Edgewater Isle Apartments is Great..very nice people running this place.
