E&E Tires - Exceptional Service!

I had a great experience with Allison and the team at E&E Tires. When I called to ask about the cost of patching a tire, Allison was polite and helpful, quickly setting me up with a same-day appointment at 10:50 AM. My vehicle was seen promptly at the scheduled time and was ready to go by around noon—A+ service all around!

The waiting area was comfortable and featured a classic arcade game that brought back some fun childhood memories. It was a nice touch that made the wait enjoyable.

Although they didn’t have my exact brand of tire in stock, they offered a used tire option and provided detailed pricing for future tire options. Allison was kind, patient, and went the extra mile to recommend the best possible options for my needs.

The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated.

Overall, E&E Tires delivers excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff. I’ll definitely return for future tire needs!

I just moved to the area and found my go to repair shop!! This whole team was incredible, from Allison getting me scheduled. Chris staying after hours, making sure my truck made it to their shop after wheel bearing failure and loss of wheel. Anthony working with me and finding the best parts and reasonable pricing. They got me back on the road in less than a week. I couldn’t be more impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customers.

They were super helpful after my wife blew a tire on her trip. The staff was great with our kids, fit us in last minute, and probably had to stay late because of us. But they were happy to do it and super accommodating with fair prices at the end. Great place for service

They were able to answer all my questions within a reasonable time. Everything came out really well. Customer service 10 out of 10 time it took to fix the car 10 out of 10. I was expecting like three weeks. I got done in four days.

One of the BEST automotive repair shop experiences I’ve ever had - Totes McGotes! Just passing through, my huge van broke down on I10. While waiting for the tow, I called and spoke to Allyson at E&E to give a heads up that my van would be towed to their shop. She was exceptionally helpful. The largest tow truck I’ve ever seen got my van safely to the E&E shop. A few E&E folks went out to meet the tow truck, and guide it into their yard.

The diagnosis was timely and thorough. The mechanic explained the repair options in detail, and I was given a hard copy. The staff were very open, communicative, and patient with all my questions.

My repair was not particularly easy, and I spent two full days at the shop. The office, waiting area, and bathroom were new, clean, and comfortable. There’s a FTP arcade game, and a vending machine with drinks and snacks.

The entire staff were professional, cheerful, and hospitable. Allyson was especially respectful and welcoming whenever a new customer walked in. She frequently asked if I needed anything. I showed up as a damsel in distress, and left having made a whole bunch of new friends. Thank you E&E!
