Do NOT rent a car from these scammers! They tried claiming we put a dog in our rental based off of two white specs the car cleaner found. Mind you we don't even own a dog. I just had surgery so we definitely were not transporting a dog either. Because of this, they refused to return the $275 deposit and even charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. We're suing them for breach of contract and four times the amount taken with images of ACTUAL pet damage, what the car looked like when we dropped it off, the contract, and the pictures they are claiming to be "pet damage." Mind you we tried talking to them about it and explaining we never had a dog in the car but they are insistent.

To add, these white specs were zoomed in on by 2x to 3x the camera lense. If you put a dog, let alone one that DOES shed into a car-- it would be COVERED / CAKED in fur. Fur that's near impossible to remove. Apparently these owners and rental agents are also really, incredibly stupid. A judge at least uses common sense and knowledge.

They also don't have an in person address, so serving legal paperwork has been an issue but we grabbed the mailing address off google. If they choose not to show up to court, it's an automatic win for us as well. We used certified mail so they can't say they never recieved it. So if you do rent a car from them, be sure you know more than they do because they will hop on their first chance to breach your contract and take your despoit.

Added pics of the "pet damage". I have to admit, I was livid at first. Now it's making me crack up. Like what kind of idiot... thinks this is someone who put a pet in the car? Wow.

Love renting with them. Super easy to rent. I did everything online with no problem. Plus they have a nice selection of cars that are suitable for your needs. The few things that I love the most are, the cars are SUPER CLEAN and they will ALWAYS COMMUNICATE with you IMMEDIATELY. No wait time or anything. Love renting here and will always rent. Plus are super nice and professional at all times.

Update:
Renting from them again and the process was still just as easy. Needed a car for work due to some mechanical issues and was immediately booked for a car to pick up. I thank them for working with me in such short notice and being understanding. Got to work on time and like before, car was super clean and the workers were very nice. Will always continue to rent here. Thank you guys❤️

This was one of the most easiest car rental processes I ever experience. They were very detailed about everything they expected and what you should expect want leave you confused about anything if there was a problem it was immediately solved. The vehicle was very clean and ride very smooth. I most definitely will use them again and recommend for anyone needing a car rental.

Whoever thought of this business is truly a genius and a blessing because my biggest things when it comes to rentals is having to use my credit card and I paid for my rental and deposit from my debit card with no problems ! These people are insanely sketchy. I reserved a car online and they did not respond to me for a full day. I then went there in the morning and I was supposed to pick up a car and they were SO slow to respond. No one was there in person so I had to deal with someone online the entire time.

It was making me extremely late (1.5hrs) and so I called friends and found a vehicle I could borrow instead. They refused to give me my money back. I even offered to pay for the day (despite not actually having the car), but they said no they would not accept my cancellation or early return and said I had to pay for the entire 4 day trip.

It is frankly the worst service I have experienced in my entire life. These people are sketchy and I would not trust them.
