I recently took my car in for maintenance at El Cerrito Honda, and the service I received was absolutely top-notch! Shout out to Mel Santiago who assisted me! He was nothing short of fabulous—his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were impeccable. If cost weren’t a factor, I wouldn’t hesitate to have all of my car’s service done here because the experience was that outstanding. While the pricing may be a bit steep, the level of care and customer service provided was truly exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about him—he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Fuel pump was recalled on our 2018 Honda CRV and we brought in our car for a replacement.
Jesus Chiquet was our excellent service rep. He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Loved that our Honda was also given an outside wash free of charge. Kudos to the team!

Went to look at a Honda Pilot. We were not planning on buying that day but ended up doing so. The whole process could not have been easier. They made us a great deal that worked for us! Our sales consultant was Luis Nevarez. He was knowledgeable about the pilot, the brand and the buying process. Because we had no plans to buy on that day, I had to get home to feed my dogs. No problem, Luis brought the paperwork and the car to us later that night. We signed everything at our dining room table and were handed the keys to a brand new, fully washed/detailed and a full tank of gas 2025 PILOT. The next day, I stopped by the dealership to have Luis show me all the things on the car. He went over EVERYTHING step by step.
Our experience could not have been better!

I had an amazing experience with the sales rep Silvia Garcia. I highly recommend going to her. She was incredibly nice and worked hard to get us a great deal. She made the entire experience easy and quick. She’s phenomenal with kids and loves to receive drawings from them. I went in to do a trade in. Silvia helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything thoroughly, she was very professional, nice, and welcoming. Likewise with Parts Department Mr. Robert Jamera, he ordered my Honda Pilot 2010 parts with no hesitation and made inquiry with the Service Advisor. Mr.Jeric Vergara for installation appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable!!
