IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. They left our ac like this since wednesday july 9th. It is 95 degrees out and the apartment feels like a hot oven. There is no manager here and no one ever answers when we call the emergency numbers they left. They are charging everyone extra fees for no reason. I guess they are trying to make some money back from all the money the last manager stole but we shouldnt have to pay for it. If you are considering living here I do not recomend.

Would give no stars if I could. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend living here. Big issues with roaches, rodents, and bed bugs. Conditions are barely liveable. All cabinets are broken or missing, sink is poorly assembled, the AC does not properly work, there is no Carbon Monoxide device installed, and so much more. If you want somethinh fixed or replaced, don't bother asking because it will not be done. There is only 1 assigned parking spot per appartmnet and no one respects that rule. Management does not care and maintenance crew sucks.

The worst place to live. Managers are always irresponsible that they ignore anything like the person in charge of maintenance. I have been waiting for 6 months to fix the kitchen pipe and the light of the two bathrooms and do nothing, I've been waiting for them to spray and not one of the 3 managers who have been and are currently doing something about it . Hopefully the tenants can join us for a lawsuit or complain to some type of company or government department because the departments are not in a good condition to live

Needs a few repairs but it was passable. The people weren't too friendly I had to make sure my car doors were locked because of some questionable activities.
