Overall we love the car and we appreciate the free delivery. I just wish they would not use the high pressure sales on the GAP insurance and if the ad says the car has two keys, send both keys or make a second one. This is only a problem because getting a second key is such a headache.

*UPDATE: Thy responded to this with a link that wasn't even correct. the person I "chatted" with couldn't help because they were with rentals! what a joke*

I was in desperate need of a car because the storms had a tree fall on my car so I came to Enterprise. The process of purchasing the car itself was fine and everyone was helpful. Unfortunately, only 2 weeks after purchasing my car, before I even made my first payment, the engine failed while in the middle of a busy highway with my kids in the car putting us all in danger. I purchased the warranty thankfully and called the tow truck. The guy that showed up was completely unhelpful and all the mechanic shops were closed due to the time of day. I had to have it towed to my home and wait until the next day to be able to get a rental because all rental locations were closed as well and I had it towed to the mechanic the next day. I was able to have my father-in-law pick us up. The engine was so damaged that the original mechanic could not fix it and had us tow it to the dealership (Chevrolet, not enterprise). Once there, I had to wait for to be diagnosed before they got me a loaner. Now that is is fixed, I was sent instructions on how to submit for reimbursement for the rental and the cost of the first mechanic. I submitted the documents and it took a month for them to say they will only give me $250 out of the $1,000 it cost me out of pocket because I was sold a lemon. The department that makes the decisions apparently doesn't have a phone number and only communicates via email but has decided they do not want to respond to the emails which is supposedly their only way of communication. Absolutely terrible way to be treated

The entire experience of purchasing my vehicle was top tier! My salesperson Angie made the entire process and experience so simple and flawless. I have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car before. Angie and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied, as well as everyone involved with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership because the entire process was short and smooth. I am so happy that they were recommended to me by an employee at the rental

Angie, the person who assisted us was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, professional, and proficient. She allowed us time to discuss our options privately and after making our decision to purchase, she was able to answer all of our questions and to help us in completing the purchase process.
