The staff at pick up and drop off are quick and work within an efficient system that has gotten me in and out of there in a jiffy in two separate cases now. Both cases had a lot of moving parts involved, but the vehicle pick up and drop off were not among the troublesome parts. I highly recommend this transportation hub for your vehicle rental needs. There’s also a train station for Metro about 0.7 miles away that will plug you into the city for cheap, if you’re dropping off.

Great experience throughout. Line was moving quickly at pickup, while rental insurance was recommended it was not done in an intimidating way as with other rental agencies. The best experience was when I got my car. I was walked to the car and the agent ensured I was satisfied with it before he went back to help another customer. I ordered a luxury SUV and the car was a brand new BMW and I could not have been happier. I have no status and thus I believe this is their general treatment of customers. Will only choose enterprise from now on at LAX after a bad experience at Budget at LAX in the past.

An incredible experience from start to finish. A Big shout out to to the manager Jeff that handled an issue I had and compensated me more than fairly.
