Enterprise Truck Rental - Montgomery, Alabama

I recently rented a van from Enterprise for a move on base, and the experience was top-notch. I had reserved a standard van online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed by the young lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Marshay or something similar) that the van I reserved was unavailable. However, she quickly resolved the situation by upgrading me to a box van at no extra cost. This upgrade worked out perfectly since I ended up needing the extra space.

Her customer service was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s not every day you come across such great service, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and quick solution she provided. Enterprise came through for me, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Enterprise Truck of Montgomery was a life saver!!! We broke down in Montgomery, coming from ATL, trying to make our way to Gulf Shores. After learning about Enterprise Truck, we were able rent a pristine Dodge Ram HEAVY DUTY 2500 w/ 6.7 Cummings Diesel BIG HORN! Why did I not start here?!?! As exciting as it was to find a product and service when I was in need, the true reason I am happy is their exceptional service! I have family in Montgomery with trucks and multiple homes... we were not helpless. But Enterprise allowed us to have no worries. Specifically, Jessica provided exceptional service, and put us at ease to where my AL family was upset that I had not relied on them to save us, lol. We were already in good hands! We received the rental, and was able to continue our vacation & make it back home before the kids first day of school. Also, this all happened on a holiday weekend and Jessica & Enterprise were still able to accommodate our needs. The service didn't end there. Jessica followed up afterwards to check up on us after the trip! I've rented Cargo Vehicles, Pick Ups, and Vans from many different sources for personal and commercial needs, and I will now only give my business to Enterprise Truck! They are truly set up with great employees, vehicles, and a network to serve. THANK YOU JESSICA. You did not have to go above and beyond, but because you did, you made a difference in our lives! Me and my husband Mr. Dwayne Edwards use the Montgomery truck rental location kinda religiously due to our work calling for a cargo van and we drive a sedan. With that being said , we have used this location numerous times . I can't quote the exact number but I will say that 88% of the time when we arrive THEY DO NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE IN WHICH I RESERVED!! now we arnt rude or hard to work with so when they say they don't have the cargo van or high top van that I reserved instead they want to put me in a 26ft truck everytime. Except this last time they gave us a 16 foot truck. Here's my issue , at this point if you don't have the vehicle that was reserved THEN DONT ALLOW PEOPLE TO RESERVE IT! ITS THAT SIMPLE. And definitely do better with calling to tell the customer that you don't have the vehicle. Stop calling 1 hour before we arrive to tell us that we won't be getting the vehicle that our company ALREADY paid for meaning its not a reservation that WE made to make any changes or to change locations. It's not my job to make sure the location that I made a reservation at has my vehicle , it's yours!

But the icing on the cake was, this last time. I reserved a cargo van . One hour before I get there I get a call saying they don't have my cargo van and that I will be getting a 16 ft truck. We are used to not getting what we reserved so we were going to just use it anyway. That call was from Jessica, but then we get another call from another lady saying the same thing but that they may have a van in time it depends on when the people return it. When we get there a van was parked right beside our truck we were getting , we inquired about it and was told it was unavailable. So even though that is what we reserved we went with her word and took the 16ft truck. A day or two later our company extenteds our reservation so we needed to grab some more stuff out of our car.. when we got to the truck rental lot , there was 8 cargo cans in the back lot . So this morning we call Jessica and ask her if we can switch our truck for the cargo van SINCE THATS WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! and the response is oh we save those for government and fedex. !!!! That's ridiculous. I already got the short end of the stick by taking a vehicle I didn't reserve. Like I did YOU a favor by taking something I didn't reserve. SO ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. !

Great service and very professional...this was a last minute/the day of my trip...I called and he found me a truck and had it ready within 2hrs on a Friday afternoon(November 19th)....thanks again.

Our truck broke down in Prattville, AL while moving our son from KY to Mobile. We were towing his Jeep on a trailer and needed a solution ASAP. Tyler and Jessica came through for us with a great truck. A truck was going to be ready for us by 3 PM. My husband called to see if we could get it earlier and they did! The whole office staff was great and very helpful. They were patient with us through several phone calls and answered our questions about the truck. These folks are models of customer service. I would definitely rent from them in the future. Thank you Tyler and Jessica and the Enterprise staff!!
