Bought my first ever boat though Robert Severe the process was honestly smooth and great. It was a great way to get my birthday present for the year. I really do appreciate everything. Buyer beware. New sales may be fine, but they will burn you with their brokerage sales. They will say anything to get it sold and deliver as is. Hard lessons learned. Here is what we were sold as “well maintained and serviced”

First of all our sales person seemed incredibly inconvenienced that we were there on a Saturday trying to purchase a boat because he had plans prior. We had to leave at 4am trailering our trade because he told us that he would be in a hurry and really didn’t have time to do it that day. However this was our only day off living out of state and we were very interested in this boat.

I guess maybe we should have known when the power steering went out on the test drive, but after making the trip and them promising to fix it before we picked up we agreed. Well delivery time comes and the power steering went out again on the way from Guntersville to Pickwick Lake. Think that’s all? Nope it went out a third time too, because their mechanics don’t know what they are doing. That’s not even the best part. A few weeks later we lost an engine while out and 30k later here are some pictures from a very reputable service center in our area here.

We have reached out for months and finally got a reply to a Google review today. We live in a huge boating community and I would never recommend anyone to do business here.

I take my tri-toon here for service or to purchase parts. Always great service. The mechanic that worked on my boat was very informative. Kelly saved the day a few weeks ago when my son-in-law took my boat out on a Saturday and it wouldn’t start. He had them bring it by, they trouble shot it, fixed it asap, and they got to enjoy the day on the lake!

Absolutely the worse place I’ve ever done business with. Had a boat in there dry storage for 5 years. They got to do all my service work. I’ve bought life jackets, batteries, skis etc from these people. Sold my boat and bought a new boat. They kicked me out saying once your boat leaves it’s open for the next person. Might be the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard. Doesn’t matter how much you spend with these people they could care less. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a place to store your boat better not sell it!!!
