I've been a customer of Escondido Cycle Center for around ten years now, and have bought three new bikes from them. In each of the deals they were thoroughly professional, gave me more than a fair price for my trade ins, and gave me good deals on my new bikes. The sales and parts departments have been fantastic, but what I really love the most at this dealership is their service department. The turnover of mechanics is low, they remember my name and the nuances of my bike each visit, and they get me in and out quickly with the job done right. The mechanics are excellent and know their work well. They even let me know when something doesn't need to be done, to save me money. What other dealership can you say does that? There is a family like feel at ECC that I don't see at other dealerships. They have happy long-term employees and they enjoy keeping long-term customers happy. Needless to say I recommend them highly.

Brought my bike in for some warntee work and even tho my parts were on back order I had a great experience. I primarily worked with Jack in service and he was a huge help coordinating with kawi and I to make sure my bike was ready to go. Jack is very knowledgeable and he kept me updated on when the parts would be in by calling and updating me whenever he received any information. Kendal is the thech that worked on my bike and I have to say I'm satisfied. The adjustments he made to my controls were great and the work was completed quickly. Even tho he nearly had to pull out my intake manifold to get it done. I brought the bike back because I was a bit concerned about some oil from the filter and he immediately checked how tight the filter was and explained that he had to take it off but had topped off my fluids. Bring your bike here and you'll leave satisfied. Thanks guys.

Dishonest and unethical pricing. They will add 2-4k to the sale price in fees and bs. $1000-2000 prep fee are you kidding. Clowns. The bikes come 90% assembled. All they do is add the wheels and start the bike and they want over $1000 for that. Please people stop rewarding companies like this The covid price gouging never left with Escondido cycle center. Very 'mom and pop' of you. DO NOT REWARD THEM PLEASE.

Appreciate the no-nonsense buying experience. ECC beat the price of another local dealer, didn’t push add-ons and got me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Will be visiting ECC for my next powersports purchase.

I was out at one of our local establishments on Friday 9/6 and saw a group of ECC employees, in branded gear, making homophobic comments, hassling beer tenders, refusing to follow local smoking laws, and being out right rude. I used to buy parts for my bike there, but seeing how they treat other members of our community has changed my mind. It's a shame that such a tight knit off road community would treat others this way. While being one person doesn’t impact a business, I will be utilizing other bike shops for future needs on my Honda.
